A fabulous place to stay

Very enjoyable with exceptional views of St Peter’s from the restaurant and roof top bar.
Pros:

Room was upgraded for. Room was ready early. Staff helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Bathroom floor flooded when we had a shower and we had to use towels to dry the floor which was very wet. We reported to reception and they immediately put fresh towels in the room, so they reacted well.

Overall amazing holiday in this lovely hotel & country
Pros:

Warm welcome, we had a suite with jacuzzi which we weren’t expecting & it was a beautifully decorated room, comfortable with a small balcony, the rooftop terrace is beautifull. Location absolutely spot on 5 minute walk to Vatican & also small pedestrian area with many restaurants & bars.

Cons:

Breakfast, we are used to continental breakfast but this was not even that really, no bread rolls or coffee service at table and very limited choices. Also rooftop restaurant prices very expensive.
