A Pet Friendly Hotel That Feels Like Home
We welcome everyone at The Bostonian Hotel, including your four-legged family members. Our pet friendly hotel in heart of Boston welcomes your pets with additional accommodations including water bowls and toys, as well as proximity to the Green Way for walks and fresh air through the city. The Bostonian allows leashed dogs throughout the hotel public areas, with the exception of our restaurants and the Fitness Center. For guests who have allergies, The Bostonian also offers designated pet-free floors. We offer packages included doggy bags, treats, dog beds, water and food bowls.
Pet Policy
We ask that your pets occupy the same room, weigh less than 25 pounds and are not left in the room unsupervised. If your pet needs to be left in the room unsupervised it must be crated in case staff members need to enter the room in the event of an emergency. Upon arrival, guests will be charged a nonrefundable $75 pet fee. Additional cleaning fees may result if Housekeeping deems it necessary. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, fitness center, or meeting space. Failure to comply with the Hotel Pet Policy may result in being asked to leave without refund.
Service animals are welcome at the hotel and throughout the conference areas regardless of breed. If your service animal requires special conditions, please speak with our Front Desk or call 617-523-3600 prior to your arrival.

Location of course was key. The corner room with great views was lovely.

The location was great. We spent lots of time exploring and we walked to most things
The price was a little much. There was a basketball game in town, I'm guessing that may have driven prices up, but we weren't there for that.
Good central location
Hotel is showing its age, and not being kept as well (cleanliness) as it could be. Some disappointments - clogged bathroom sink, limited number of towels in room when we arrived, no laundry bags, etc.
Very nice room. Location is great. Room price is expensive, but the location is super, right near the Quincy Market and the Freedom Trail. Short walk to the historic North End.
There was no Body Wash Soap in the shower. Asked twice at the desk for this to be refilled, but they never did.
Location. That is it.
Everything else. Appalling service, dirty, noisy and they overbooked the hotel so we had to be sent to another hotel, despite having booked.
Die zentrale Lage ist optimal
Wir hatten ein Deluxe und ein Superior Zimmer gebucht, aber 2 Superior Zimmer bekommen. Die ca 300€ Differenz wurden uns nicht erstattet. Die Schuld wurde auf Booking geschoben, der Hinweis, dass das Hotel das Geld eingezogen hatte wurde nicht beachtet.
Das eine Zimmer war bei Ankunft sehr dreckig, Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht und im Bad waren Shampoo etc nicht aufgefüllt.
Auf unsere Beschwerde hin wurde gereinigt.
Im anderen Zimmer lief an der Rückseite der Toilette Wasser aus, und das Zimmer roch extrem feucht und muffig.
Frühstück sollte inclusive sein. Im Restaurant wurde uns dann gesagt, dass man für 25 Dollar Essen auf der Karte aussuchen darf. Das sei includiert, mehr aber nicht. Wir bekamen Kaffee hingestellt, im Nachhinein stellte sich heraus, dass der Kaffee alleine 12 Dollar kostete und Steuern und Servicegebühren natürlich auch noch berechnet wurden.. obwohl wir also jeder unter 25 Dollar auf der Karte ausgewählt hatten, blieb ein Restbetrag von etwa 70 Dollar bei 3 Personen.
Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Unser Fazit ist, dass wir noch nie in einem Hotel ein derart schlechtes Preis Leistungsverhältnis hatten und irgendwie auch wo immer möglich beschummelt wurden..

Room cleaners were not attentive to things like empty shampoo, conditioner, body wash bottles in shower.
