A Pet Friendly Hotel That Feels Like Home
We welcome everyone at The Bostonian Hotel, including your four-legged family members. Our pet friendly hotel in heart of Boston welcomes your pets with additional accommodations including water bowls and toys, as well as proximity to the Green Way for walks and fresh air through the city. The Bostonian allows leashed dogs throughout the hotel public areas, with the exception of our restaurants and the Fitness Center. For guests who have allergies, The Bostonian also offers designated pet-free floors. We offer packages included doggy bags, treats, dog beds, water and food bowls.
Pet Policy
We ask that your pets occupy the same room, weigh less than 25 pounds and are not left in the room unsupervised. If your pet needs to be left in the room unsupervised it must be crated in case staff members need to enter the room in the event of an emergency. Upon arrival, guests will be charged a nonrefundable $75 pet fee. Additional cleaning fees may result if Housekeeping deems it necessary. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, fitness center, or meeting space. Failure to comply with the Hotel Pet Policy may result in being asked to leave without refund.
Service animals are welcome at the hotel and throughout the conference areas regardless of breed. If your service animal requires special conditions, please speak with our Front Desk or call 617-523-3600 prior to your arrival.

The view of the city was amazing and to walk out to a deck in Boston was absolutely breathtaking.
When we first arrived check in was very smooth, vallet was very pricey at $68 a night only to walk out of the hotel and see your car parked on the street ten feet from the hotel +/- on that..We went to our room the view was beautiful the deck amazing clean room. But unfortunately that's where all the plusses move to a minus. There was no body soap in the shower, shampoo and conditioner almost empty no hand soap, no refrigerator or snacks that I had to pay for because they upgraded us because we were there to celebrate my son's 13 birthday. We left and hit the town fantastic day Fanuel Hall, Chinatown, hit some cool spots and the Ubered to the north end tried new restaurant and pastry place . Pastry's were amazing, restaurant middle of the road. Got back to the hotel and our room smelled so bad of marijuana we had to sleep with windows open and deck doors open. There restaurant was amazing bar tender great and when we got back still no refrigerator, wasted all kinds of money on drinks . Overall the experience and sites were amazing. For the price I'll stay someplace that has a pool
Great location. If you are coming from the airport it is 3 tube stops away. Located beside Quincy Market so easy to walk around the city.
Staff member who tried to check us in was not good but a lady receptionist took over and got us booked in.

Some staff were rude. Room was dirty and falling apart. Won’t be staying again.
Location in theory was good but noisy as our room faced onto the street at a busy junction. Complimentary bottles of water were welcome.
Everything. We did not like this hotel. The hotel was dull. One lift was out of service the whole time we stayed. The room was not serviced until I requested it. At reception on arrival we were told we would have to pay an additional charge of $30 per night for the location even though I had paid in full in advance. This was on paper and the extra charge highlighted in orange. The gym was small and dull.
The fridge in the room was empty and out of order. The room was one level up, facing the street and we could hear loud conversations at all hours outside during the evening and night. There was no shower gel in the dispenser. We asked for this to be filled but it never was.
The TV did not work and we were told 'oh someone is on the roof fixing it.' We checked out two days early.
Location was ideal, being in the heart of Boston.
Booked specifically to include 2 adults and a child (daughter). Was told on booking, I would not be charged anymore. Tried to get charged $20 for a roll away bed. The bed was delivered to the door, no pillows, thin looking blanket, and for the price I paid I did not expect to set it up myself. Room booked for 3, only 1 towel. Asked croom attendant for extra towels, received 2. One had a hole in the middle, the other had a stain. Asked for more towels - they took over 45-mins to arrive, to the point I had to go to the reception to complain. Only 1 elevator in operation for the whole stay.
Our booking included breakfast. again, booked for 3, but breakfast "coupon" only covered 2 and was charged an additional $40 dollars for breakfast.
Maintenance in the room next to us, started at 07:00.
Extremely disappointing experience. As a family, we were really looking forward to this one night stay in the city, as the last night before we flew back home.
