Location is perfect for everything. The price with the location and we had a small balcony was perfect.
Honestly nothing.
Friendly atmosphere as well as lively
The 30$ extra amenity was unnecessary. Felt like we didn't get much out of that.
Great location and beautiful views
The belt staff was spectacular. They went above and beyond for us
Location
Nothing
Location
High parking fee
The location of the property was excellent and although the rooms were a little jaded, the apportionments were very good.
The rooms were a little tired.
Great location, walk to everything. Good value. Would definitely stay again
Location
Lack of wifi. Totally unaccaptale.
Transparency on pricing: at arrival you will be advised that you have to pay 35 USD per night because the hotel is innthe center! I never heard such am absurdity!
La posizione centrale
Personale molto freddo
Struttura vecchia che necessita di ristrutturazione, soprattutto per gli infissi che non sono insonorizzati (c’è costantemente rumore dalla strada giorno e notte!)
The location was great and the staff were very kind.
Me and my partner were coming from CT for a concert weekend leisure stay. I chose this hotel very carefully as the location was ideal and I liked the balcony option. The day before our check in, I completed our pre arrival check in that was sent to me as it was intended to provide smoother check in. Upon arriving to the hotel at our designated check in at 3:30, they weren’t ready and said the cleaners were still working on our room. Slightly frustrating as we were on time and had luggage with us, but we had no problem waiting. We had dinner reservations at Legal Seafoods nearby and had to change the time as the hotel wasn’t ready for us. By 4:30, we couldn’t wait any longer as we had a planned itinerary so we took our luggage and got dinner. We were told we’d receive a call when our room was ready but by 5:15, we were almost done with dinner and still no call. I tried to call from the restaurant to check in but couldn’t get through. By 5:30-5:45, we were back at the hotel (had plans for 6:30 across the city) and tried checking in again. After 2 hours, our room still wasn’t ready and they ended up telling us we had to go to a different floor. The stay was fine for the most part, but rather frustrating as it’s a costly hotel and we waited 2 extra hours for our room with no communication and didn’t even get our original room.
Location
The shower was cold and the rooms dated
convenient location for the Fisherman's Feast, Quincy marketplace, and starbucks. Room is standard size. Balcony is a nice touch, but I wouldn't recommend lower floors.
Try to get a higher floor. They charge more but might be worth it. I stayed on the 2nd floor and you can hear every person waiting to cross the street and their conversations. Had to keep the balcony window closed if someone was smoking on the street level. Room was relatively clean but our tv and snack fridge wasn't working. If you need a real working fridge you have to request it. Guess a fridge is no longer standard in rooms. Check to make sure everything is working the moment you arrive. If you mention it later, which is what I did when I was checking out, it somehow turned into my fault for not reporting it sooner. We didn't eat at the restaurant in the hotel but there are plenty of eatery nearby. Coffee machine is available by the elevators but it's not free. Parking was ok. Valet service at higher cost is offered but the garage is right across from the hotel. You just need to prepay on your phone first to receive a QR code to get through the gates. During events, it gets pretty packed.
