Все дуже миле, зручне та комфортне. Загалом я дивувалася номеру. Є маленька кавова машина, холодильник, дуже зручний матрас
До метро дві хвилини
Окрім шампуня й геля присутні кондиціонер для волосся та молочко для тіла

Єдине чого не вистачало, це капців, бо підлога бетонна і без покриття

A hotel that made my trip even more special. ✨
Pros:

I absolutely loved my stay at nhow Brussels. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The room was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was stylish and unique. I would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Brussels.

Cons:

The only downside was the noise from the nearby public transport, as my room was facing the street. If I had known about this in advance, I would have chosen a quieter room. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Séjour agréable à Bruxelles
Pros:

Le personnel est courtois et efficace, La chambre est spacieuse, les lits sont très confortables. La climatisation est un plus . La salle de bains est de bonne taille . Le petit déjeuner est varié , les produits servis sont très bons. Le parking est situé sous l'hôtel, ce qui est pratique pour transporter les bagages. Les places sont larges.

Cons:

A ce prix, la chambre aurait pu être mieux nettoyée: il y avait une bouteille d'eau sous le lit, du jus d'orange renversé sur le sol, un mouchoir en papier usagé sous le lavabo.

I was charged a €58 early check-in fee without being informed that the room had issues with the air conditioning and water system, making it uninhabitable. The staff told me the fee would be cancelled and even issued a new receipt without the charge, but the refund was never processed. Charging for a service that could not be provided and failing to issue the promised refund is an unfair business practice. I need it solved.

Pros:

It was the best experience, me and my best friend went for BTS concert. They were so damm nice, and the room was big, the bed too. We were so comfortable and grateful for all the help.
We surely will repeat if we go back to Brussels.
