The cleaners took my personal towel (as I don’t use hotels towel).. I asked the staff for brand new towel as a replacement.. but they only gave me some washed already used towels

There was no running water for more than half a day bc of some plumbing issues… the communication from the staff was poor regarding how long the fixing might take

The hotel rooms were not at all sound proof, during night time we could easily hear our neighbours conversations, their TV, and music.

Cons:

It was clean.
Reasonable price.
The fresh water offered in the lobby!

Friendly staff, nice sized room. Expensive for a dog and put in a dog damaged room.
Pros:

The room and bathroom were a good size especially for it being a 3 person bedroom.

Cons:

A dog had eaten part of our headboard. The hotel had used what looked like felt-tip pen to touch it up, but some of it hadn't been repaired and it was off putting to lean against.

Me encanto el concepto del hotel muy original y todos encantadores. La habitación muy grande. Estas en el centro en nada, La cama muy cómoda y el desayuno internacional.

Cons:

La zona que hay hacia la izquierda del hotel es una zona que no me gusto me daba la sensación de inseguridad. Aunque la verdad es que esta vez en Bruselas en general me dio una sensación de inseguridad.

Pros:

Ich war zwei Tage im Hotel. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.
Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Umgebung, die in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen sind, direkt am Botanischen Garten, bis zum Zentrum und zum Grand-Place sind es 25 bis 30 min zu Fuß.
Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig, klimatisiert und gut ausgestattet, mit Pfiff eingerichtet und trotz Straßenausrichtung leise.
Es gibt ein Parkhaus im UG (Durchfahrtshöhe 1,80 m), welches gegen Gebühr genutzt werden kann und von der Rückseite des Hotels zu befahren ist. Aufgrund der Einbahnstraßen muss man eine Schleife fahren bis man das Parkhaus erreicht.
Check-in und Check-out verliefen reibungslos und schnell. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Mit Englisch oder Französisch kommt man gut zurecht.
Das Frühstück ist überdurchschnittlich reichhaltig und bietet eine sehr große Auswahl (auch mit veganen, vegetarischen Speisen).
Ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen und freue mich auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.
