It was a good stay overall. They had a groups of sport kid groups. Should not play ball in the lobby

Cons:

We have stayed in the hotel 2-3 other times before. I noticed this time that they allow dogs in the dining room. I saw this one woman on a daily basis picking her food out of bins with her dog tied to her side. When she reached for food on the counters the dog's body and head while in her arm went over the food when she and her arm reached for food. It was disturbing for hygiene. The other concern is as we entered and left the front desk staff did not acknowledge us. Every once in a while when they are not helping a customer and just standing there, might want to look up and acknowledge, even with a nod. The other thing is our bathroom sink was semi clogged when we checked in and then started smelling like sewer. We finally got it fixed the day before we left. Made an appt and they did not show so had to call again. Thank you!

Very dated! Carpet torn, no towels/soap for wet bar, old microwave, poor lighting, wait and wait and wait for hot water in shower, limited TV (no business news)…..

Pros:

Breakfast is always great. Been staying here for years. The site is probably need sone updating soon. Still comfortable there but other nearby suite hotels are much newer.

Pros:

I host a two-week intensive law enforcement training program twice a year, and for the past several years we’ve continued to choose Embassy Suites. They’ve created such a welcoming, professional, and reliable environment that it just makes sense to keep coming back.

Our program is funded through a federal grant, which means we have to follow very specific financial guidelines. The Embassy team not only understands those requirements, they handle them with ease. From start to finish, everything is smooth, organized, and stress-free. This is a huge deal when you’re coordinating a large training like ours.

What really stands out, though, is the people. From the front desk to management, and from the breakfast staff to the catering and event coordinators, everyone consistently goes above and beyond. They treat our group with a level of care and professionalism that truly makes us feel valued. Honestly, like we’re VIPs every time we walk through the door.

If you’re looking for a place that’s dependable, easy to work with, and genuinely invested in making your event successful, Embassy Suites is a fantastic choice. We appreciate everything they do for us and will absolutely be back again.
