The room was very large and the lobby was open, lively, and welcoming. Staff was very helpful in getting another night booked on short notice and with answering questions I had.
The lighting in the room was a little dim and sparse. The view wasn't great, but I expected that given where the hotel is located. The price is pretty high, but all rooms are suites, so maybe I'll opt for this location only when I'm traveling with others. Overall, though, great experience.

We held our annual team meeting at this venue in July, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The catering and service teams were outstanding, and I would especially like to recognize Emily, the manager, for her exceptional attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our event was a success.
Our team’s needs often evolved throughout the event, and Emily was incredibly accommodating and responsive. Whether it was adjusting room arrangements or providing additional tables and chairs at short notice, she consistently anticipated our needs and ensured everything ran smoothly.
I would also like to acknowledge Josh, the A/V engineer. He was attentive, professional, and highly knowledgeable, providing excellent technical support throughout the meeting. He is a tremendous asset to the team.
Finally, I want to recognize Amanda, our catering lead. I cannot say enough positive things about her level of service and attention to detail. She was proactive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. When I mentioned that there was no ice machine on the first floor, she personally brought me ice. She also ensured our group was always well supplied with beverages and refreshments. Her dedication and hospitality made a significant difference in our overall experience.
Thank you to the entire team for delivering such exceptional service. We truly appreciated the professionalism, flexibility, and care shown throughout our event.
Location for my purpose was great. Breakfast was good with lots of chocies, hot stuff was hot and cold stuff was cold.

LThe $20.00 we have to pay per night is ridiculous especially when you do not have cameras or a security guard on site. My vehicle was vandalized and broken into. Multiple vehicles were broken into the same night. I told by staff members and guests that this isn’t the first time for this location.
We recently had a family reunion there. They were great, everyone from the staff (Pablo and others) to the salespeople (Emily, Makayla, and Danielle). They were very accommodating and easy to work with...and the breakfasts were awesome.
Breakfast had a lot of options. The drink tickets were cool but it was told at checkin 5-9pm however the tickets were only valid 5-7 which was not disclosed and I didn't get a chance to use them.
The rooms are quite dated and could use a refresh. They were clean and comfortable
Staff were very friendly. Asked for extra pillows on the 8th floor and they were there within 5 minutes!

Front desk gentleman at check out was amazing! He was so friendly and sweet! The two female bartenders were awesome, they were so welcoming and gave great recommendations for the area!

Always liked location of property, and then breakfast is always on point
My bed was super uncomfortable and so was pull out couch, may have been an error on my end but I could have sworn I booked a double suite and upon arrival it was king, slept on both bed and couch and both were very uncomfortable, furniture could use a severe upgrade for 500$ for two nights
