Short Stay in Santa Maria
Pros:

Nice boutique hotel close to the beach. Shuttle service daily to the beach subject to availability. . The 2 male reception.staff was professional, courteous organised, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Good value evening meal.with a glass of wine.
The younger girl (teenager) with short hair assisting with breakfast and dinner demonstrated exceptional.cuatomer service and was very polite.
The 2 security guards at the door were welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

Bedsheets were not changed daily
Gym equipment wasnt working. I had to use the Hilton Hotel fitness centre at an extra charge.
2 of the female breakfast and diner staff were unfriendly , the service was rushed and not relaxed which spoilt the experience

Das parcerias , a atendente me indicou um passeio e combinou um preço quando chegou a hora de pagar percebi que um casal q estava do meu lado pagaram 20€ sendo que eu teria que pagar 30€ por eu sozinha. Quando questionei o guia ele foi grosseiro e agressivo , e disse " QUEM NAO TEM DINHEIRO , FICA EM CASA NAO TIRA FÉRIAS", achei de muito mal tom e não voltarei mais a esse hotel e não fecharei mais pacotes com o Booking , achei muito má esta experiência.
