Pros:

Отель с удобной локацией. Красивым лобби и библиотекой второго этажа. Наполненость номера очень хорошая. Бансай и фонтан на первом этаже. Шампанское, вино, чай и кофе в лобби.
Очень чисто везде.

Cons:

Главное - это то, что отель не японский. Если вы ищите место, где будет настоящий японский завтрак, тихо и в японских традициях, то вам не сюда. 75% процентов гостей - американцы, которые кричат на завтраке, громко смеются. Персонал не такой вежливый, как в Осаке, Киото или Нагое.
Но для справедливости скажу, что для европейского отеля все очень хорошо.
Ещё проблема, о которой уже много раз в отзывах - это только 2 стиральные машины на весь отель. Очередь даже ночью.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Un grand merci à SHIMOOKI et KAZUYOSHI pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur disponibilité, leur aide précieuse et leurs excellentes recommandations.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé, très propre et parfaitement entretenu. Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins et veille à ce que chacun se sente bien. Grâce à leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse, notre séjour a été encore plus agréable.

Petit plus très appréciable, l’hôtel met gratuitement à disposition des snacks ainsi que des boissons chaudes.

Je recommande cet établissement sans hésitation. Merci encore à toute l’équipe !

Great Hotel
Pros:

Hotel was nice and clean, rooms were clean and bathroom amenities were stocked plentifully. Staff was extremely nice and helpful, assisting in luggage storage, weighing and helping look over as I had to change in the bathroom. Overall really great experience.

Cons:

Only downside is the location is a fair walk from main JR stations

It was amazing and willing to stay there again

The location of the property was very good. Services were great.

Cons:

Only issue with the property is the laundry room. Only has two washing machines for all of the guests. Although the hotel provides laundry services but their prices were quite pricey.
