Pros:

We were so happy with our choice of this hotel in Tokyo. It was perfect - not too close to all the crazy spots but still PLENTY of things to do in the immediate area. The staff were amazing, the hotel was so clean and the smell....was perfect. There is a smoking room dedicated in the resort which was good for one of us that is a smoker. For us non-smokers, you could not even smell it. We ate one night at the restaruant and it was good. Super easy to get around the city using public transportation. There is a 7-11 literally around the corner which we went to every single day to get our coffee. If I go back, I will stay here again.

Made our first Japan trip very memorable
Pros:

Amazing location for our family with 2 children under 5 years old. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
5 min walk to train station, a 7/11, familymart and a food shops.
The rooms were super clean and kept clean throughout our stay

Spacious Hotel in Tokyo
Pros:

This hotel is in an ideal location (between two train lines), near the Tokyo Tower. The staff are top-notch professionals, and go out of their way to make the stay perfect. I would stay here again without a second thought.

This is a stylish, decently-priced (for Tokyo) hotel that is conveniently located.

Loved the library style, friendly staff, nice toiletries, decent price for Tokyo

Cons:

This isn’t really a criticism because you get what you pay for in terms of size, but I just wanted to alert people that the triple is smaller than it looks in the photos. We are a family of 3 and when we first walked in, I felt a bit claustrophobic, but I got used to it. You just have to be strategic about where you put your luggage.

Also one other thing: The fountain in the lobby is SO loud. It’s not very relaxing.
