A high quality welcoming, comfortable and convenient downtown hotel
Pros:

A really comfortable and well located hotel for a few days in downtown Vancouver. Lovely views, the staff are really helpful and the facilities are great. Special shout out to Sukhi who looked after the 25th floor housekeeping and was so thoughtful and welcoming.

Great hotel experience
Pros:

We have a great experience here. Wonderful accomodations. Warm friendly helpful staff throughout. Gerry in Ana in Cafe One were both so friendly and helpful. Gerry made our breakfast fun every morning!

Stay at the Sheraton Wall in Vancouver
Pros:

This is a very large and busy hotel that is quite comfortable with gorgeous views. I would stay here again. I liked the large and comfortable room, the gorgeous views and the convenient location in downtown Vancouver. Easy to walk to interesting places like the ferry to Granville island. The housekeeping was immaculate.

Unjustified high price
Pros:

We arrived to Vancouver from our European trip and had to stay one night in Vancouver because our connection was available next day. Unfortunately, it was World Cup time then and the matches were played in Vancouver as well. The hotel rate was outrageous because of World Cup, but it was difficult to find a decent hotel for Saturday night. Normally, that hotel prices are not that high on weekends. The hotel is huge. The room was a good size and clean. We were on higher floors so we did not hear traffic noise. The hotel is located in downtown on a very busy street. The breakfast buffet was very good, the restaurant served not special, but well prepared food for dinner. The staff was friendly enough considering the number of guests then. The hotel is better for business travelers than for people on vacation. We like a couple of hotels in Vancouver, but they were not available for that night. We are unlikely to stay in that hotel again.
