Well placed in city
Work was being done to rooms near ours
Got here after a long day from California. Checked in got to the room and it wasn't made up, bed needed to be made, bathroom was not clean. Management placed us in a very nice corner room with a king bed and a voucher for 2 appetizers, then followed up with a phone call to me. This was great service and they took care of the short coming, sometimes things just happen! The service at the Seariton North Tower is excellent. I want to give a special acknowledgement to a server in BAR One named Anna W-A, Anna provided outstanding service, very polite and courteous. She went above and beyond normal service. Anna put a small package of yogurt and granola for our early train ride tomorrow morning. It's nice to see such a young person so accommodating, Anna is an asset to your team.

Room 2761.
Fantastic hotel in a great location for easy walking to all the sights downtown. For Marriott elites, the 34th floor club lounge has 360 views of the city, indoor/ outdoor seating , and delicious breakfasts and evening appetizers. Be sure to meet Jenny in the club lounge. She is knowledgeable about Vancouver, and a friendly, gracious host . She offered great ideas for sightseeing that made our visit unforgettable. Thank you for the insights Jenny!
Excellent location and excellent service

Staff were super helpful, buffet breakfast selection was delicious and extensive. Superb!
We stayed here the night before our Alaska cruise and the night before flying home.
On our first visit we were in the North Tower on the 8th floor. Big room, bath in bathroom.
Very noisy as overlooking the hospital , so sirens going all night from arriving and leaving ambulances.
Second visit ( a week later) we were in the south tower on the 27th floor. The rooms were exactly the same but we had a very good shower and no ambulance noise.
Walked over to the pool and hot tub, which was most disappointing. There are no changing rooms, just toilets, and the lockers are in the gym. Not ideal to walk into the gym in your swimwear. Couldn’t get into the hot tubs, as one was out of order and the other was packed full of kids and adults. Pool was tepid, so got out again.
Had breakfast at the hotel… had to wait ages to be seated even though there were lots of available seats, and staff milling about. Breakfast was very good, we opted for the Canadian breakfast at $36 rather than the buffet at €49.
Very professional staff , great hotel with amenities and exceptionally clean and attended to hotel.
La vista y la ubicación!
Las almohadas muy grandes!
Comfortable room
Expensive
The rooms were large and comfortable. The hotel had a Starbucks coffee shop downstairs. There were tea and coffee making facilities and fresh bottled water every day. Great views across Vancouver from the room.
The hotel was very clean.
The hospital is nearby and the sirens are loud during the night which can be disturbing
We really enjoyed staying at the top of the Wall! It had great views, was very clean and inviting, quiet, and a lot of fun watching fifa with others in the lounge and pitch. They did a great job entertaining all the out of towners.
Everything.
Price of room. In common with all the other hotels they were charging excessive rates to take advantage of the FIFA World Cup. Not appreciated !!
