Decepção em Vancouver

Cons:

O hotel parou no tempo. No mau sentido. A TV não conecta ao seu telefone (não é SmartTV), o que impede acesso ao seu conteúdo. Aparentemente, para vender um 'pay per view' com filmes que você assiste de graça no seu streaming, e mesmo no voo que te trouxe a Vancouver. O controle remoto da TV não estava funcionando. Tentei reclamar. A comunicação por interfone com a recepção é impossível. Musiquinha de máquina, por horas... Mandei mensagem via Booking.com, e o hotel me respondeu, sugerindo contato via... interfone! Desci, para falar pessoalmente. Fila. Apesar de a recepção ter 8 postos, só uma pessoa, nitidamente em burnout, atendia aos hóspedes. Pediu desculpas, dizendo que estavam "muito ocupados", e eram poucos para dar conta dos 750 quartos... Ou seja, péssimo gerenciamento! Conceitos ultrapassados - até para um casal 60+ como nós! Foi-se o tempo em que 'Sheraton' era sinônimo de qualidade...

Great choice if location and comfort are your top priorities.
Pros:

The hotel was exceptional. The location is great, downtown and very close to public transportation. The room was awesome, and the view was top notch. We enjoyed watching the sunset everyday.

Breakfast issue with my reservation..

Cons:

I reserved the room with breakfast but the breakfast was not offered to my 5 yrear old kid. I had to pay extra. Manager did not resolved the issue. I am a Sheraton member and this is unacceptable from my side.
