Pros:

The staff were very efficient, however the suite lacked drawer space. The bed was very comfortable as well as sitting on the sofa bed. In most cases there is one comfortable chair, the sofa bed for sitting was comfortable. Just one issue ,lacking drawer space.

Great quality, great service, great location!
Pros:

Gym is awesome. Pool is warm. Rooms are comfy. Conference room is big and spacious.

Cons:

Carpet in room is old and dirty. Someone decided to vacuum at 10h30pm. Conference room was extremely cold!!!

Great location and friendly staff, but overpriced for a hotel starting to show its age.
Pros:

The location is excellent - right in downtown Moncton, with cafés and restaurants literally just across the street. The view from the window was also great, overlooking the city. The staff at reception were very friendly, and the breakfast team was professional and polite. We didn’t have time to try the pool, but judging by everything else, it should be decent.

Cons:

The price feels a bit high for what you get. While the hotel is in a prime location, the building and rooms are clearly not the newest anymore. Things like the air conditioning, lobby, and furniture feel somewhere between “classic” and “this probably belongs in the attic.” It’s not terrible, but it definitely shows its age.
