Pros:

Fantastic location, close to all needs and train station for our Bernina travel. Room was comfortable and bedding was good. Staff were really helpful and pleasant. All my questions and concerns were addressed via booking.com chat with the hotel. Really loved everything about the hotel.

Cons:

Pros:

お部屋が清潔で、気持ちが良かったです

Cons:

収納がほとんどなかった事
連泊したのですが、掃除はきれいにしてあったけど、
飲み水が２泊目には、おいてなかった。
遅くてに帰って、夜とても困りました。

Fab hotel but a little overpriced
Pros:

Very clean hotel, great rooms everything you need, plenty of room, the staff were Brillant and could recommend lots of spots and things to do.

Cons:

It was expensive for a nights stay and there construction work going on until the evening which made it hard to relax

Repeat yourself to the front desk when asking for help.

Wasn’t made aware of the hotel having facade work done that consisted of very loud drilling from 9am-6pm. But yet still paid full price for my stay. I mentioned to the front desk that I would ask them for a cab when ready - instead they called it immediately and the cab turned on the meter and kept if running while I was having a coffee at the bar - the cab driving started arguing about running the meter being they called him - The cab driving restarted the meter and then took me to the entire wrong area at the airport so that he can again run up the meter and charge more - extremely frustrating experience.

I need somw refund back.For one day we stayed in normal room and not in suit room, as we booked the junior suit
