Wopo Embassy suites used to have the best beds. Carpets are not clean. The rooms. Bedding is no longer. The same pillows are no longer the same. I’ve noticed it crossed all embassy suites not just Lompoc.
The staff in your kitchen is amazing friendly
I was able to relax very much because the staff were kind, the room was convenient to use, and the breakfast was delicious.
Regarding the free Wi-Fi, I think it would be good to have security measures in place.

I checked in at 10:00pm
Room was an ice box and it had a bad sameel, like a wet carpet.
I also was disappointed in the 4 smaller pillows, most Embassy hotels have large plush pillows and this was uncomfortable so I did not sleep well.

Everything was centralized
The breakfast schedule was too short. The cable channels offered were not sufficient.
It looked clean. The staff were very friendly and polite.
Maybe add one more firm pillow.

I like that there was complementary breakfast and the staff was very kind and that they also allowed pets for the price of $75 which was decent
I didn’t like that the whole price for the room was not paid for and I hade to pay an additional $150 for cleaning which I thought was already included on the payment I did pryer to arriving
Breakfast is really good and location is best close to everything.
