Not a 4* hotel, too expensive for the value it provides
Pros:

Location, nice kitchen.

Cons:

Windows barelly open, room was smelly,, carpet dirty. too expensive. This is not a 4 star hotel, maybe 2 star..

Viel zu teuer für wenig Komfort!

Nur die Lage hat hier überzeugt.

Cons:

Das Personal war wenig motiviert und auch nicht sehr engagiert! Zimmer lag im Keller und der Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Auf Nachfrage bekam ich nur zu hören, dass viele Fernseher nicht funktionieren würden. Keine Entschuldigung, keine Kompensationen… nichts!

For the amount of price, service received was not the best

Location and breakfast were good although the room was tiny and hot.

Great location, not great for gluten free breakfast.
Pros:

Reception staff were very helpful. There were free ice lollies in the freezer in the lobby. You get a WhatsApp message from the hotel when you've checked in saying you can reply to that if there is anything you need, as well as being able to go to reception. Great location for East walking from Leidseplein where the airport or station buses go to, grocery stores, Van Gogh Museum, Vondelpark with lots of birds, Rijksmuseum, Rose and Vanilla GF cafe, Der Italiaan restaurant and other cafes and we walked to Anne Frank's house too which was a bit further. Nice and quiet despite being so central to attractions.

Cons:

The breakfast was very limited for my daughter who has coeliac disease so cannot eat wheat. There was fruit and we were brought out some gluten free 'bread' covered in clingfilm which was inedible. When I explained to the waitress about coeliac disease and showed her a Dutch alert card I had, she said we could choose what we were able to eat, but she didn't know what any ingredients were because it was all made off site. The sign above the food seemed to just say all the food could contain any allergens. My daughter risked some yoghurt (although she is lactose intolerant so that gives her tummy ache) and a bit of ham. Be careful with how hot the hot tap water is, but I think that might be common in the Netherlands.

חדרים קטנים מאד,הרבה פחות מהכתוב אין מקום לכלום המזוודה הייתה צריכה להיות בשמירת חפצים, דלת המקלחת לא נפתחת באופן מלא היות והאסלה לא מאפשרת לה להיפתח. המיטה לא נוחה והייתה כמו ערסל.

kendisini müdür olarak tanıtan beyefendinin bizden önce çıkanların kirli bıraktığı odayı temizlememizi söylemesini şaşkınlıkla karşıladım. diğer personeller ilgiliydi ancak o beyefendi çok saygısızdı. otel eksikliğini telafi etmek için 1 günlük ücretimizi iade etti. bunu kendilerinin teklif etmesi güzel bir hareketti.

La posizione è ottimale sia per il collegamento con l'aeroporto sia per raggiungere tutti i punti d'interesse della città (max 30-40 Min a piedi)

Già dalla prima notte abbiamo avuto dei disagi dovuti a rumori di scricchiolii e botti per tutta la notte che non permettevano di riposare e lo abbiamo fatto presente in reception dove ci è stato risposto che speravano che per le notte successive saremmo riusciti a riposare.. ma così non è stato tutte le notti rumori di ogni tipo che non hanno reso possibile dormire. Inoltre abbiamo richiesto di effettuare la pulizia della camera entro le 3 (proprio perché dovevamo tornare a riposare visto le notti insonni) e non è stata effettuata, quando è stato fatto presente è arrivata una ragazza che letteralmente in 4 minuti ha solo cambiato gli asciugamani, tolto la spazzatura e tirato su le lenzuola. Sinceramente mi aspettavo un attenzione diversa ne sono stata molto delusa e non lo consiglierei a nessuno.
