Me pareció caro por lo que era. No entiendo por qué es un hotel de 4 estrellas. No me lo pareció. El desayuno no lo tomamos porque nos pareció muy caro. El hotel es correcto pero sencillo. Muy bien ubicado.

I was pleasantly surprised. My stay was enjoyable. I’d stay there again.
Pros:

Great location in museum district. Close to public transportation, including steps away from airport bus. Staff was great, super helpful and fun.

Cons:

My room was tiny (which was actually ok with me) but dark. Lots of close-by construction. The breakfast was just ok. Wish the hotel had a bar or offered other meals.

Já havia me hospedado em 2021, voltei pela localização que é ótima, em uma rua tranquila ao lado do Vondelpark, muito perto de restaurantes, lojas e museus.
Da simpatia e cordialidade do Ruben, que nos atendeu na chegada.
O café da manhã, caro mas muito bom!
Outro ponto positivo é o quarto com janelas grandes e piso sem carpete.

Cons:

O hotel adotou o nome de Boutique hotel, mas em nada segue este conceito!
Cheguei uma 6a a noite, e apesar de solicitar na recepção, o quarto não foi limpo, só consegui que ao menos retirassem o lixo no domingo no final da tarde! A camareira foi muito gentil, mas tive a impressão que são poucos funcionários, por isso a falha no serviço. As toalhas muito desgastadas, piso dos corredores velhos e manchados...

Excellent location for up to 2days stay close to the centre of Amsterdam.
Pros:

Location is fantastic, very close to city centre and exactly next to Vondel park entrance. Very nice place to stay if you don't want to use the public transport all the time.

Cons:

The toilet was leaking from behind when flushed. Also, the sound insulation was not very good — you could hear doors closing, footsteps, and noise from outside during the night, which made it difficult to fully relax and sleep quietly. Overall, the value for money was not quite there.

Pros:

O check-in foi rápido e os funcionários são simpáticos. A localização é boa e pudemos fazer tudo a pé. Tem restaurantes, o parque e supermercado próximos. Para os parâmetros de Amsterdam o quarto tinha um tamanho bom e comportou bem a nossa família de 3 pessoas.

Cons:

O carpete do quarto não estava muito bem limpo quando chegamos.

Hotellin aamiainen oli erinomainen, monipuolinen. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä! Hotellin ikkunat olivat tiiviit, ulkoa ei juurikaan kuulunut ääntä, katu hotellin edessä oli hiljainen ja rauhallinen. Hotellin sijainti oli loistava.

Cons:

Hotelli ja hotellihuoneet olivat vähän aikaa nähneitä ja kaipaisi pientä freesausta. Hotellin ympäristö oli vierailumme aikaan vähän sekava rakennustyömaiden vuoksi. Hotellihuone sijaitsi pienen portaikon kohdalla ja portaista tuli ikävästi askelmien äänet huoneeseen, häiritsi varsinkin yöaikaan. Olimme toivoneet huonetta rauhallisella sijainnilla, mutta huone oli käytävän varrella, jossa oli liikettä paljon ja erityisesti yöaikaan portaat ja huoneiden ovet olivat ikävä häiriötekijä. Äänieristys ei ollut siis paras mahdollinen. Sängyt olivat ok, mutta ei mitkään kovin hyvät.

Lovely stay overall, great location, but very small twin bed room.
Pros:

We stayed at Leonardo Hotel for 5 nights and overall had a pleasant experience! The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was excellent, and the location is ideal — central yet quiet, right next to Museum Square.

Cons:

The twin room was quite small and a bit outdated, and the price felt slightly high for what was offered, especially compared to similar standards in Greece. For us, it was manageable for a few days, but it might feel uncomfortable for taller or larger guests. I cannot comment on other room types. That said, Ι would still recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, and welcoming staff.

Localização maravilhosa, a maior parte das coisas dá pra fazer a pé, mas se precisar de transporte público é bem perto. Pessoal da recepção bem gentil e acolhedor. Acomodação sem barulhos que incomodam.

Well situated, needs a makeover though
Pros:

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Hotel is located in a calm residential neighbourhood. Public transport is close by. Breakfast had a number of different choices.

Cons:

Hotel is not very well maintained. It could use a makeover and deep clean. Our bathroom door and walls were filthy, the shower mouldy. The room was quite worn down and a bit smelly. Bit disappointing when you look at the price.
