As always you took such good care of us! The location is amazing - right in the heart of NapolI! Love walking around the car-less streets up the hill from the hotel and experiencing the local vibe and energy!
The rooftop bar and restaurant is breathtaking!!
Unparalleled Service: After travelling to Capri from Naples I realized I had forgotten something in my room at Mediterraneo. My Capri concierge contacted their concierge and the next day my item appeared at my hotel in Capri with a kind note from Mediterraneo saying they were able to avoid postal service and send with their courier to the island. I will never forget this!!! That is world class service!!!!

Location, facilities, roof top experience
Muy bien ubicado, tienes acceso al metro a pocos minutos de camino. Tienes muchos restaurantes en la zona. Estas a pocos metros de las zonas más turísticas. El desayuno vale la pena incluirlo en la reserva. Tiene una asociación con un gimnasio que esta anexo al Hotel y se puede ir todos los días que estés, sin costo, a partir de las 7 am. Excelente

We are currently staying at the hotel.
Not bad but deffinitely not what you would expect for the money or for a 4* hotel.
Location is superb if you want to be right in the center and rooms are good size.
Service person's at front desk and breakfast room are very polite.
Never the less Room service just cleans the room. We have to ask for toiletries , tea and coffee, toilet paper refill every day . The breakfast is also a disappointment.
We usually go to to the Hiltonor boutique hotels. Noware to compare.
If I were the manager I would do internal checkup. There is grt potential. But I wouldn't recommend for the price efficiency.

Beautiful rooftop breakfast area.
Cons:
Not the biggest breakfast selection. I tried to order an omelet, and it didn’t seem possible.
Cars can be a bit noisy if you’re on a lower floor on the street side.
Nice hotel but the the internet is so slow and goes up and down about every 5 minutes. If the internet is like this in Barcelona Marriott Meridien then am bagging the Bonvoy card and going to a hotel with internet. Cant make calls or receive calls no cell service within the walls of the building. You know its bad when guests are gathering around the Indian restaurant across the street for internet. 3rd world. Not a happy camper

What you would expect at a Marriott. great service; great beds and pillows; room with amenities. rooftop restaurant and lounge.
location is complicated to get to especially with a car. Its in a tight location near the bay; gps was inaccurate in how to get there. we had to figure it out on our own. you might want to check with the hotel about directions to get there.
