The coffee in the room is terrible, not enough cream and sugar. You really must do better!
The refrigerator was not cold, maintenance did not replace.
It took more than 4 minutes to get hot water.

Whitney in the Westin club was such a joy and made each morning eating breakfast such a great and pleasant experience. She’s a treasure and does a wonderful job.
The room was inviting and clean, We enjoyed the comfort of the bed and slept very well. I also used the Fitness Center. It was crowded, but there were enough machines and weights for everyone to use. One might need to wait their turn, but not often. We also enjoyed a lite lunch at Ten Hands. A half salad option is more than enough for an adult.
The parking situation was disappointing. Ninety dollars for two nights seemed excessive.

The weather was perfect and patio was amazing. Mike B was an excellent waiter. The chicken fingers were amazing. The Brussels sprouts were hot, spicy wise, so get them only if you like heat.

I frequented the Cafe for quick food and coffee runs during Gen Con. Lori, Opal, Kenya, and the others were kind and welcoming every single time. I cannot recommend visiting them enough.
Pat at 1 restaurant was closing for the night but still found time to get me a pastry and a drink, very welcome after a long day. The hotel staff was nice as a whole, but she was the best!
The hotel rooms were very lovely and clean. The hotel was able to accommodate us after our third party failed to book us, which was very nice of the hotel. The front desk was also very welcoming, especially Bryan who let us spin a wheel and get rewards points after I became a member. The breakfast and snacks were also amazing and the kitchen staff were great. Lanang was very friendly and it was great getting to talk to him and many of the other hotel staff! The hotel was also near the zoo, so we had a fun time exploring that. Overall a great experience!
I’ve been to GenCon many years, but this was my first time at The Westin. It exceeded my expectations: the GenCon block reservation apparently didn’t actually reserve a king room for us, but staff quickly resolved the issue and rebooked us in a beautiful king room the next morning. The location can’t be beat. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious, housekeeping kept things sparkling, staff were present and attentive.
And this morning, the Ten Hands Market solved a problem for me: though they didn’t have AA batteries for sale, they were able to help me find some! Big thanks to Ashley/Vic and Jen Smith!
At the hotel was great, with comfortable beds and a terrific shower. It's exactly what you would expect with a westin property.
I'd like to call out the team that works in the coffee shop downstairs. Lori, liz, and Mike were super accommodating and always had a smile on her face even with 10 gamers standing there as they pulled the doors open straight at 6:30, they always had a smile on their face. What a great team!
Mike B. Was very good. We had a large party of 10. He did a great job of servicing everyone.
He was personable, attentive and knowledgeable with the menu.
