Michael was amazing!! We came here for a late night snack after an Indians game and he was extremely friendly & accommodating. Would 1000% recommend anyone coming here with family, friends, or solo! Pizza was also a 10/10 which was a plus!

Fun atmosphere. We just had salads but they were nicely prepared and presented. They hotel was nice, good access to meeting rooms and staff all very helpful. Lounge was nice and breakfast nice. Cocktail hour very nice with great offering of hors d’ourves.
