Awesome staff. Felt Warmth throughout the whole building.

Cons:

The scary lady who followed us in and tried to say she was with us. Maybe more security outside & lock the doors for unwanted guest, especially at night!

Very beautiful place to stay we had a deluxe room and the spa was by far the best hotel I have been to so far

Super hôtel que je recommanderais !
Pros:

Excellent séjour au Millennium Rotorua. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à quelques pas du Polynesian Spa et du centre-ville. Le personnel est très agréable, accueillant et toujours disponible. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et impeccable. La salle d'eau était parfaitement propre, bien équipée et très fonctionnelle. Nous avons également adoré la vue sur le jardin intérieur de l'hôtel, qui apporte une atmosphère paisible et agréable. Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Pros:

Handy to downtown,all that you need in walking distant. Private.

Cons:

The bed was too firm for me. But i understand that's personal preference and your never please everyone.the balcony didn't get alot of sun during the day so would prefer a balcony on other side of building next time.
