Great stay, lovely staff, will be coming back to this hotel if I’m in Rotorua again.
Pros:

Clean, beds were comfy, pool facilities were great. Awesome guy that helped us with our bags to the car - thank you and much appreciated.

Cons:

The pool towels from the Spa area had a terrible smell, like they have been sitting there for a while and old.

Noisy room. Could hear people above us. We had 2 beds in the room with very little room to move around. We were a couple.

Bed and room was very comfortable

Cons:

The hot spas are a little run down, stairs in to the spa are not the best for people with hip issues. Main pool step ladder is very loose and wobbly. Bed rooms where not near each other at all

Great location and pools, average rooms.
Pros:

Great location, easy walking distance to the lake, eateries and shops. Wonderful heated pool and large hot spa baths. We booked two rooms and one had a great view of the lake.

Cons:

The rooms have been refurbished by someone who does not seem to have ever stayed in a hotel - so many design flaws. No one wants to have kneel on the floor to enter the combo of the safe (4cm off the ground) or crawl under the bedside shelf to find concealed electrical outlets; no drawer or shelf in bathroom for toiletries; no shelf or ledge in shower for shampoo etc.; robe hooks 6ft off the floor; a jutting ledge on the counter top that doesn’t retract so prevents more than one person sitting on the tiny couch; sheer curtains placed on the outside of the blackout ones so you have to go inside them to draw the others. The lack of thought for convenience was so bad it felt deliberate which is a shame.

Pros:

Quite convenient as near city centre.
Plenty of food options, supermarket nearby.

Cons:

Not worth the extra charges paid for the view which was little obstructed and small size balcony.

vriendelijk, wel groot hotel. hulp was goed bij vragen, ontbijt was redelijk, wel veel ruimte.

te groot hotel, je verdwaalt bijna. parkeren moeilijk, weinig plaats, veel lopen in hotel.
