Solid accomodation
Pros:

I loved how close it was to the city, the ammenities and the comfort of the beds.

Cons:

Receptionist wasn’t the most welcoming, but she wasn’t rude. It almost felt like we were a bother which was a shame because you had to go ask reception for things like towels for the pool etc but the rest of the staff were amazing.

It was very comfortable, handy to what I wanted to do and was quiet. A nice restaurant as well.

Pros:

The mattresses were quite soft (which I thought might be not so good for my back), but were incredibly comfy. Location was excellent, handy to everything in the city as well as walks by the lake. Loved the shampoo, body wash etc.

Cons:

The Wellness Centre was good but despite being supposedly adults only, there were kids playing on the gym equipment and in the hot pools (ggrrr). Milk in the room was provided for hot drinks but it was in a carton with a straw, so went everywhere when pouring.

Excellent place to stay.
Pros:

Staff very friendly and efficient. Hot tub facilities were fantastic. Having a coffee cart and barista available in the foyer was a definite plus.

Cons:

Aircon not working properly although opening a window worked very well! The fridge froze our milk.
