Ojo con el aparcamiento
Pros:

NATALIA EN CAFETERÍA y algunas personas mas en recepción que se preocuparon por ayudarnos a solventar nuestro problema

Cons:

Me abrieron el coche y se lo intentaron llevar en su parking y que figura como protegido con cámaras.
No tuvieron ninguna atención adicional por parte de la dirección del hotel a pesar de ser su responsabilidad.
Ningún descuento, invitación o por lo menos hacerse cargo de la grúa.
Ojo a los que aparquen en el exterior, no hay seguridad ni frente a la puerta principal.
Solo por esto pongo 0 de puntuación a la dirección del hotel.

Pros:

Nice hotel with friendly and professional staff. Room was large and clean.

Cons:

The strong smell of sulfur was present in the room. We know that the hotel is situated in a area with geothermic springs, but filtering the air in the rooms would have made the stay better. They have seemed to manage that in other parts of the hotel as well.

Great stay
Pros:

Great welcome right from the start, very clean and tidy rooms, well appointed.

Extremely handy to walk into the main area of Rotorua.

Restaurant served good wholesome food and good value, with some great flavours to add.

Would definitely return in the future

Very close to attractions we visited
Staff were polite, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Not enough Disabled parking and the Green McLaren car Livn Hi took the only space even though it didn’t have a Disabled card showing.
