Nice but not the best
Pros:

Good location, with a short walk around the city centre. My partner and I also enjoyed the buffet with lots of different options to choose from, staff checking us in were also super lovely.

Cons:

We were on level 1 and our room absolutely stunk, understand we are in Rotorua however the air outside smelt better then our room, I actually dreaded having to go inside our room. The shower also has absolutely no shelf to put any of your things and the pressure isn’t great. The A/C just didn’t work either, we had it on cold and the room was just so stuffy we woke up overheated, so overall not the best stay.

Confortable and enjoyable stay
Pros:

Great location, clean modern rooms, responsive staff. We had an issue with the aircon not cooling but was sorted quickly when reported.

Cons:

Swimming pool could have been hotter - was a bit cold given weather. Would be nice to have a family spa rather than only adults.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, proximité du centre ville. Hôtel propre avec un personnel serviable. Petit déjeuner continental correct. Restaurant correct.

Cons:

Notre chambre était un peu petit pour 3. Le wifi n'était pas très efficace, dû fait que notre chambre était au bout du couloir. On entendait les portes des chambres claqués notamment la chambre d'à côté.
