Great option when visiting Boston University but hard to walk there

Nice hotel,reservation deplorable

Cancelled the reservation 2 weeks before, I was back and forth with booking.com and hotel management nobody helped me out. It has now been close to 3 weeks and I am told I should get a refund in 7-12 days. I have spent over 2 hours and several calls back and forth between the hotel and the third party.
Both parties were pointing fingers at each other, I the talked to the manager at Hilton doubletree Somerville Sawyer a week before I showed up and she said she saw an email from booking.com and replied to them to refund me. When I showed up under another reservation I asked her about it and she told me to call booking.com again.customer service was. Deplorable on both ends. By the the way I just became a Hilton rewards member

Loved My Stay!
Pros:

Beautiful view. Quiet. Excellent staff. From the reception to room keeping and throughout my stay-- people were friendly and accommodating. A perfect place to rest and rejuvenate.
