Breakfast staff were very helpful when I needed help as I had to take medication with food.
Parking was brilliant.
Evening meal menu was bar food. No fresh vegetables. Mainly fried.
Location and bed very comfortable
Not enough reception staff. We were 2nd in the queue and took 25 mins to check in. Bar not staffed and had to ask everytime for some service.

Great value for money, clean rooms and easy check in.
It was a very hot day and lack of air con did make our stay slightly less comfortable.
We stayed at this hotel to attend a nearby concert; the hotel's proximity to this venue was its main selling point and it had a great price-point for this purpose. We were able to get a lovely view of the quay in addition.
Nothing fully, it seemed the location was fairly busy but this did not affect our stay, with minor noise from guests but this was expected.

We likely were upgraded from a standard double room to a family room which was really nice. The room was massive, 2 double beds, big bathroom, etc. Really nice. Staff was really welcoming and helpful aa well. The playpen in the middle of the room was a bit weird given we were not staying as a family, but more funny than anything else

Room and ensuite exceptionally clean and comfortable. All staff we met were friendly and helpful. Particularly the beautiful Roxy and the Chef on duty who went above and beyond to help us when we got monumentally confused by the dining times! Many thanks.

Room was clean (apart from the toilet) and the parking included is a big plus.
Toilet had been used and left with urine and toilet paper in the toilet bowl. Conditioner and Hand lotion pumps did not work. I mentioned th FOH staff, who asked me if I wanted to move rooms, but I declined.
