Location was good with tram station to Manchester nearby. Staff were helpful and business like. Good buffet breakfast. Free parking. The 3 options for room servicing was a great idea.

Room was clean and tidy, could probably dowith a bit of an update. Breakfast was really good, hot food well cooked and refreshed regularly. Staff were all really polite and helpful.
Can't say that there was anything really that we didn't like.
Toukeer/Ellie was excellent
I stay at the Copthorne a lot for work, yes, I'm sure there are nicer hotels, but for the convenience and proximity to the trams it's great, however, what makes staying at the Copthorne better is the staff, all of which are very professional, but warm with it, especially Toukee and Ellie, nothing is too much trouble for them and they make me feel welcome each stay, are genuinely interested in how you are and just absolutely brilliant at their respective jobs.
