It is so old the internet in my first room was so bad and the TV not working I had to change to another room.

View over Salford quays was very nice, comfortable bed, very clean, lovely friendly and helpful staff, very nice breakfast with lots of choice, fan in the wardrobe was helpful to keep the room cool as very warm, would stay again
Nothing really, the furniture and carpets were old and definitely in need of some refurb but did not impact on our stay, shower was a bit temperamental but again not bad enough to complain about.
Room and bed really comfortable and spotlessly clean. Good meal in restaurant and really nice breakfast. Staff are friendly especially Brunilda on reception who was so kind and helpful. Will definitely be back and would recommend to family and friends.

The room was unbearably hot - no air con or heating controls, just one desk fan circulating warm air. A few hairs stuck to the bathroom tiles from the previous guest
Rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were lovely and friendly, this is staff at the front desk and restaurant staff.
Had one minor problem, we tried to have a shower and the water wouldn't cool down.. it was like the water was stuck on hot. However, it seems to rectify it's self after a few hours.

While the room was comfortable and well-maintained, it would have been even better with air conditioning, which may be worth noting during warmer weather

Fantastic hotel, convenient location and the room had a fan to help with the heat wave.
Shower was frustrating to use.
A table fan is provided in the room to get the air moving.
Came during the summer heatwave. Unfortunately the hotel does not have AC. Windows can't be opened fully so that is a minus.
