Would stay again, staff could not be faulted and the room was clean and tidy. Only downside was the shower not working.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were amazing and the breakfast was great

Cons:

Unfortunately our shower didn’t work so we couldn’t shower before we left

Worth a stay
Pros:

Stayed here on a work trip. Never been to Manchester before but what a lovely welcome from all the staff who were extremely helpful too. I will be booking there again.

Cons:

Could be a little cleaner in rooms and bathrooms and stronger lights (too dim)

Cons:

Shower fitting was old and hard to regulate temperature and strong water flow: couldn’t get both. Also NO mixer tap - very inconvenient and scolded my mouth as a result! Very bad not to have that!

Would recommend and happy to stay again.
Pros:

Very comfortable and well appointed room / hotel. Room had lovely view of the quay. Easy walk to Lowry. Excellent breakfast. Pleasant staff.
