Loved Jessica at the front desk, but the hotel furnishings need updating.
Pros:

Jessica at the front desk was phenomenal! We were really happy with her communication and service. We liked the proximity to Papadeaux! The shuttle bus was prompt!

Cons:

The hotel overall is very dated. It needs updated. The sofa was creaky and fell in on itself when I sat down. We couldn’t sign in our streaming services for watching our own movies. Those are the two main issues.

It was a perfect start
Pros:

I love the fact that we stayed in a separated private rooms. The twins were in the room with the “living room” and they sure enjoyed it. Our room was perfect.

Cons:

The Pool is small.

Really terrible.
Pros:

The only thing the hotel going for it was that it was at the airport.

Cons:

I booked for three people. There was one queen bed and a pull out couch that was not made up. My son had to pull out the couch, cover it with sheets that were just thrown in the guts of the chair. Who knows if they had been used before. The couch/bed was all coils with no padding. We had a really rough night. We called and complained to the front desk and they wouldn't do anything for us because we had booked through Booking.com
