Embassy Suites San Antonio Airport

My son really enjoyed the pool. Hot tub was relaxing, and the Breakfast Buffet was very good!

The shuttle service was excellent from the airport!!! I think it was Rudolpho!

The Breakfast set the hotel apart.

Clean hotel and the front desk staff wasn’t very very friendly like the hospitality industry should be. A little pricey which is the only reason for not 5 stars not 4 1/2 all day long.

Perfect spot to rest up for a morning flight out. Ruben welcomed us with open arms & was very accommodating with our early check-in. Room was very clean & well-stocked. Hotel itself, could use some updating. However, the shower was nice & hot. The room was nice & cool, the atmosphere & cleanliness are on point for sure!

Love our Embassy Suites stays! Cant beat the evening reception and the amazing omelettes for the free breakfast in the morning. Thank you to Angela here at the San Antonio AirPort location for the great hospitality and smooth check in. Would stay at this location again.

Excellent attention and kindness

This is our go-to and preferred property. In addition to guest rooms, we regularly book meeting space with them as well. The team is consistently proactive, professional, and accommodating. Irene, the Senior Business Travel Manager, always goes above and beyond to ensure all of our needs are met and that we have an exceptional experience.

Betty was very helful and very patient explaining all the Hilton honors rewards and perks. Very kind will definitely be coming back in the future.
