When we finally arrived from driving all night the front desk lady was wonderful. Actually all the front desk customer service was great. I however do have multiple complaints. Before I go into detail. I NEVER have complained anywhere I stay. We were there to basically sight see and just lay our heads down to sleep. Multiple nights we were there and the service was horrible. They offered us $10 off per day at the bar. Well we were never able to use them. The first night there was a huge “watch party” for soccer. I am talking college frat style party. I get it, it is the World Cup ok so whatever enjoy one night. The next night we tried to get a drink at 10 and the bar closed at 10:30. We waited in a line (super super tacky) for over 20 minutes. We saw open seats at the bar while waiting and got out of line to sit down… to which we were informed they don’t serve the bar and we would have to wait in line. I have literally bartended my entire life and these individuals were unbelievably slow. I asked to speak with a supervisor to which the responded they would give me a free drink… the drink i already was supposed to have complimentary and the bar manager proceeded to literally open the drink and spill it all over my shoes. It was so ridiculous. The next day I brought my own drinks to the lobby/bar area and they told me I was not aloud to bring my own drinks… even though they would not give me service the night before. All I wanted was to unwind with a glass of wine. Ended up going next door (even though it was loud) the service was fantastic. The final night the lobby was closed for a private event… that is fine but communication is key. This place charges entirely to much for the service. The managers are horrible and lazy. I would NEVER stay here. Beware and stay away. It is a tacky hotel with horrible service.
Good hotel , handy to Broadway shows, Times Square and Central Park. Lovely deck on restaurant/bat area with excellent food and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Lovely staff , especially Yajaira who served us and was really efficient, kind and helpful. Yajaira also makes an excellent Margarita 🙂
The hotel was very clean and the entire staff that I came in contact with offered the most amazing customer service. It offered a great vibe in the lobby/bar area with some live music and FIFA viewing. It was walking distance to some major attractions, like Broadway plays, restaurants, Time Square and it's only a block away from the subway. I really enjoyed my stay there, and because of the cleanliness and great staff I would definitely stay here again!
Had an amazing experience with Tiffany, she was super attentive and professional during our travels.

This hotel is great value for the location, the views, and the rooftop bar. It's super close to subway stations, time square and Central Park, but it wasn't noisy or hugely busy. The staff were helpful and easy to commincate with prior to arrival.
For a nice hotel it feels like it could have more amenities - laundry, pool/sauna, bigger gym.

El personal no es nada amable desde la persona que te hace el aseo de la habitación hasta el front desk, mi hija perdió su pulsera y a los 5 minutos de habernos dado cuenta que se le cayó en el ascensor nos dirigimos al lobby para solicitar que revisaran las cámaras para ve quien la pudo haber tomado y solicitar que se le sea devuelta y se negaron a ver las cámaras informando que como era un hotel que recibía muchas personas no lo podían hacer, solicite hablar con el gerente y fue muy grosero con mi hija de 14 años y conmigo, al dia siguiente al ver que no quisieron ver las cámaras solicitamos colocar nosotros mismos unos carteles y nos dijeron que si pero a los 5 minutos de haberlos colocado los quitaron la verdad de muy mal gusto lo que hicieron, antes de irnos volvimos a hablar con ellos y se comprometieron a darnos dos noches en compensación por lo sucedido a la tarjeta con la que se había pagado el hotel y a la fecha aun no han devuelto el dinero.

What I didn’t like most is that I use to order some stuff online to be delivered to the hotel office boy, and I every order I receive I have to pay fees for the lobby for keeping my order
Das Hotel ist modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Vor allem die Lobby lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Kicker kam bei unserem Sohn sehr gut an ;-).
Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich. Hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage direkt am Times Square. Man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Central Park, Rockefeller Center etc. problemlos auch als Familie zu Fuß erkunden.
Leider hätte unser Zimmer an der ein oder anderen Ecke ein wenig sauberer/gepflegter sein können. Der tägliche Zimmerservice war jedoch hervorragend.
Des weiteren fanden wir es schade, dass die Rooftop - Terrasse während unseres Aufenthaltes immer wieder gesperrt war (wegen Wetter, Bienen an den Hochbeeten und privaten Veranstaltungen...)
Lage am Time Square (muss man mögen, ansonsten besser etwas außerhalb)
Sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Loch in der Decke, Schränke, Teppich, etc. abgewohnt.
Ausblick auf der rooftopbar vorn nur für Reservierungen- was schwierig ist bei dem Andrang und der Tatsache das es auch für Nicht-Hotel-Gäste zugänglich ist.
