I would absolutely stay here again!
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Food was good. Check in was seamless and we were able to check in early without and issues or wait!

Cons:

There are to many business floors/areas. Parts of the hotel were closed off due to business meetings/conventiona.

Over priced, booked in Jan for a May trip, booked a king room. When we were checking in we were told they had no kings available. And we were charged 69.00 for parking plus 30.00 plus tax for convenience fee which is ridiculous . Very disappointed with how the staff and management handled things . We were not told about the convenience fee it just showed up on our credit card. Will not booked with them again.

Great central downtown location lovely hotel and great staff.
Pros:

Great down town location walking distance to the Nissan stadium as we went to a concert there. Lovely comfortable room excellent sleep in the comfy bed. Good size bathroom

Cons:

Some noisy guests leaving early in the morning which woke us up. Judy a minor issue

Pros:

Great location! Rooms decent. No makeup mirror, water, or robes in the room. The breakfast buffet is great!

Not much!!!

Cons:

90 percent of the staff could even answer simple questions about things in hotel. None of the staff or valet group was very competent in my opinion. Will not stay there again. Lot of hidden charges.

Disappointed with Valet and Hotel Response
Pros:

The Hotel was great. Do not use the valet service if you care about your vehicle. I filed a claim with Marriott and there valet service for damage caused in their care. First 4 hours after check in I found my truck parked on a curb on a busy street unlocked. I reported to management and they did eventually move it to the secured area. Upon leaving there was damage to one of the doors. Their valet service filed a claim and I was just notified they were refusing to fix the damage. It also took them nearly 1 month to respond to the claim and that was only because I kept following up. I am a Bonvoy Marriott customer and have stayed at this hotel many times but will not anymore.

Awesome weekend at the Nashville!
Pros:

We traveled to Nashville with our son and daughter for the Smashville hockey tournament, and we absolutely loved our stay here! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and both the gym equipment and pool were very well maintained. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant. Chef Danny made the experience especially memorable with his warm, engaging personality and excellent cooking skills. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would happily come back!
