Good value for a short stay where location matters most
Pros:

Location was amazing for Broadway, the Ryman, the stadium and all things CMA fest.

Cons:

The bathrooms were very dated and the beds pretty uncomfortable.

Loved everything about the stay. Had a great time. Can’t wait until next year.
Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is good. Shuttle picks you up right out the door and takes you to Nissan Stadium.

Cons:

We were a little disappointed with the dinner menus. Not a lot of choices.

I was very disappointed.
Cons:

I reserved a king room and when we arrived we were told that our king room would be available in about an hour. When we returned an hour later we were informed that there were no king rooms available so we were given a room with two queens.
For the price I paid, I expected to get the room that I had reserved.

Rooms should have been quieter could not sleep because other hotel doors kept slamming
Pros:

The staff was exceptional

Cons:

The breakfast was supposed to be free but it wasn't the hotel bar just for a pretzel and drink was extremely expensive the rooms are not sound proof kept getting woke up to hotel doors slamming

I would absolutely stay here again!
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Food was good. Check in was seamless and we were able to check in early without and issues or wait!

Cons:

There are to many business floors/areas. Parts of the hotel were closed off due to business meetings/conventiona.

Cons:

Over priced, booked in Jan for a May trip, booked a king room. When we were checking in we were told they had no kings available. And we were charged 69.00 for parking plus 30.00 plus tax for convenience fee which is ridiculous . Very disappointed with how the staff and management handled things . We were not told about the convenience fee it just showed up on our credit card. Will not booked with them again.
