Very old room, not even clean. This is the first time I ever encountered something like that at that hotel

this time the stove required a learning curve to operate. I've never had problems with your stoves, but operating THIS model wasn't obvious. I was annoyed that when I came back to the kitchen later, expecting my meal to be almost cooked, the stove had never even come on. Simple instructions typed up and laminated, at least stored in one of the drawers would have been appreciated.

Un appartement extrêmement spacieux avec une grande pièce de vie et deux grandes chambres. A noter que nous avons été légèrement surclassés. Au départ nous avions réservé deux chambres avec deux grands lits, mais nos deux grands enfants ont finalement eu un lit chacun. Merci pour eux.
Nous étions au 18 étage avec une belle vue sur la ville et au loin le lac Ontario. Vous êtes à deux pas de Yonge street (la principale artère animée de la ville) et le personnel était très sympathique et a répondu à toutes nos attentes.
Seul petit bémol, mais c'est souvent le problème de ces locations avec cuisine, il y a toujours peu d'ustensiles. Mais le personnel nous a finalement trouvé ce qu'il fallait.
A noter que si vous voulez manger à l'extérieur on recommande vivement le Artful Dodger Pub sur Isabella street. Petite terrasse très sympa, avec principalement des habitués et des serveurs super sympas.

Überteuerte Parkplatzgebühren. Frühstücksvoucher ist teurer als im Café selbst zu bestellen.

The staff were very friendly, accommodating and easy to get along with. The building apperance was beautiful.
