Keep your expectations low. Good for a chill person who doesn’t care too much about the fine details.
Pros:

Near Church St. And close to ETFO office. The rooms were spacious and had a fridge and other cooking materials. Front desk staff was very kind.

Cons:

It’s for sure an older building being renovated to look new again. You can really see the old aspects of the building (old electrical panels, cracks in the walls). Some of the fixtures were not hanging properly. You do not have access to your balcony. There’s a lot of questionable characters hanging around the area. I would not feel safe walking around alone at night. Parking is an additional cost per night.

Great location and spacious suite.
Pros:

Very good location. Spacious and clean. Daily maid service. Comfortable guest lounge with complementary coffee and tea. 24 hour concierge. Good quality bedding and towels.

Cons:

Insufficient cooking utensils- more were provided on request. Deluxe room was comfortable but shabby kitchen units - needs redecorating.

Cheap for the location.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, staff very helpful. Room was spacious

Cons:

It was very noisy, the area was rife with emergency vehicles all hours of the night and the road noise could be heard.

Balcony door was locked and unable to be open to enjoy the view
3 pillows on the bed was not enough - very very lumpy as well

Stanza enorme, letto comodissimo, doccia perfetta, personale gentile, posizione ottima, vicina al centro sia a piedi che con la metro e allo stesso tempo lontana dal caos di downtown/union

Location was good

Cons:

Lots of street traffic noise at night. Maybe there was alot of police action on a Thursday night but lots of sirens throughout the night. Place needed alot of little maintenance fixes. Outlets popping out of the wall, phone didn't work, shower didn't drain properly. These were explained to the front desk when we checked out and she just nodded and didn't write them down or the room number. All in all a cheap place to stay downtown.

Pros:

Location was convenient, 24 hour check in was helpful as our flight was delayed and we arrived at 3:30am.

Cons:

Could use more kitchen utensils for cooking and dressers in the bedroom for clothes.

Excelente alojamiento y ubicación por un precio muy razonable.
Pros:

Desde la llegada el personal de recepción nos atendió de maravilla, muy atentos y amables, el servicio en general es muy bueno, la ubicación es magnífica y permite aprovechar el tiempo para conocer mucho de esta bella ciudad. La Suite es muy amplia y con instalaciones muy funcionales y de apoyo la vista es maravillosa. Super recomendable el Hotel y por supuesto que volveríamos a hospedarnos ahi, gracias.

Cons:

Quizá los closets ó guardarropa son muy pequeños y estrechos, hay muy pocos ganchos y las camas están un poco vencidas o desgastadas los colchones.
