Appartamento situato nel quartiere "Village" di toronto, si presenta spazioso e arredato; tuttaviala camera da letto risulta piuttosto piccola, con letti "alla francese" non particolarmente comodi. Piccolo anche il bagno
Update - Sebbene l'host abbia risposto alla recensione impegnandosi a rifondere le spese per la mancata colazione, posso confermare che a distanza di 2 mesi, nulla è stato rimbirsato. Pessimo.
Ho prenotato una camera con colazione completa, per poi scoprire che le bevande (caffè, succo, te,....) non erano comprese. Colazione presso una struttura esterna che prevede un unico piattto tra 5 opzioni (solo salate). Alle mie rimostranze, sebbene la direzione si fosse impegnata a stornare parte dell'importo della colazione, non ho avuto alcun rimborso.

Cooking utensils and cutlery, hardly any and of poor quality. Some things didn’t work and had to be repaired after we checked in and reported it. I.e the air conditioner fan pumping cool air into the bedroom. Outside noise insulation could be better.
Appartamento ampio e funzionale, comoda la presenza di frigo, forno, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, nespresso rifornita ogni giorno di cialde. O cafe da manhã fora do hotel, que estava incluso, nao incluia cafe! Apenas pao ou waffle, etc. O cafe era cobrado. Sugiro não reservar com café da manhã

Location was good. Easy access to downtown and restaurants. Beds were decent. Lobby and common space on main floor seemed new and up to date.
The room was very old and has not been renovated. While surfaces are clean there were areas that are old and stained on the floors and walls and corners. There was pealing paint and caulking in the bathroom. It was on the second floor and the smell from the back (garbage or something) was terrible. With the windows closed it was stuffy and hot and the room had its own odour. Other than the beds, the furniture and cupboards were decades well worn and used. White towels were rough from over use and greying.

Le petit déjeuner est servi dans un café au coin de la rue. L offre du petit déjeuner ne comprenait pas les boissons. Nous avons dû payer nos jus d'oranges et ensuite prendre notre café à notre retour dans l hôtel
The hotel was very clean and the rooms were impressively spacious, with comfortable beds and fresh, clean sheets. The self-catering facilities were excellent and made the room particularly practical for a longer stay. Staff were generally attentive and helpful, including assisting us with our luggage, which we really appreciated. We experienced some genuinely thoughtful and proactive service during our stay. Stephanie was an excellent welcoming front of house staff, and anticipated our needs as guests, which we are so grateful for.
The main drawbacks for me were more about atmosphere. The lighting in our room was quite bright and fluorescent-white; personally, I would have preferred warmer lighting to create a cosier and more relaxing environment. The room was wonderfully large, but this also made it feel slightly echoey. Some additional sound-absorbing furnishings, such as luxurious rugs or carpeting, would make the space feel warmer, quieter and more inviting.

Appartamento: grandezza buona ma per quattro persone una camera da letto unica non è l' ideale anche perché i letti erano piccoli
Cucina : frigo ottimo c'era il microonde ma nessuno contenitore che potesse andare dentro tranne i piatti
