Sufficed for what I needed it for and appreciated the friendly greeting upon arrival.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious and clean, good amount of towels. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Adequate.
Cons:

Breakfast was expensive and not good. They were slow and got our order wrong. We were the only people at breakfast so there was no excuse. I wouldn't use it for breakfast again.

Nice location, friendly staff, shame about the room
Pros:

Location was good, the room was large, clean and quiet.

Cons:

The room was very hot and airless. To be fair, it was a very hot couple of days, but the hotel room was considerably hotter than outside, and we could only open the window a few inches so couldn’t get any through draft. There was a fan but it didn’t work properly and the extractor fan in the bathroom didn’t work so it was like being in a sauna.

Also the access to the room wasn’t great. My husband isn’t disabled but he is going through cancer treatment and we both found it difficult to make our way through the narrow corridors, fire doors and stairs. After hours access was via the external fire escape which was okay in the summer months but could be difficult in the winter

Pros:

The location was a 7 minute walk from the Station,and the home cooked food was superb.

Cons:

My friend in a front facing room said it was noisy with very thin bedroom walls.
