Staff were friendly
OVERPRICED FOR WHAT IT IS you said it was 4 star where you got your rating from i would like to know this is an average 3 star at best original jury's inn with change of name holes in carpet stain on duvet cover sat on toilet seat and it rotated 90 degrees most of all NO HOT WATER2 days in a row breakfast sausages pudding black and white low quality I worked in the hotel industry all my working life europe and cruise liners so I know what I am talking g about €180 per night was definitely overpriced and again I question who gave it the 4 stars in your listing will not be back
The location was convenient to the train station and events going on in South Cork that weekend. The room was very comfortable. I did not like their tea selection. I had to go down to the restaurant to get some Irish tea bags.
This end of Cork was very comfortable for walking, which I did a lot of.
It would have been nice to have Irish tea in the room.
Location was good
Hard beds and very hard pillows .
No place to really relax , no nice bar etc .
Everything run efficiently and the staff are all very lovely people.
Parking can be a little difficult if you arrive late, but I was lucky to be able to park on the road side beside the hotel.
Lovely hotel...lovely staff......lovely comfortable beds.....xxx
Nothing !!!!!
The location is nice, and the staff is friendly.
Staff were excellent
Need more privacy in room windows, everyone can see in, in rear rooms.
Staffs were friendly and nice people
Our room was facing to the main road and so loud. Also some customers were shouting after midnight and disturbed our sleep.
Great location. Breakfast was fanatastic. Room very comfy.
Everything was good. No problems.
It was a very standard hotel
1.The location, although it was close to walk to the main shopping area you had to walk past druggies/ homeless people lying or congregating on the footpath day and night
2. Water was turned off for at least 2 hours but we weren’t notified
3. When our room was cleaned, the tea, coffee etc was not replaced. The tissues were not replaced
Emplacement - Amabilité du personnel
It was a very chill hotel not too busy
It was a little bit rough at night.
Breakfast wasn’t great
Excellent location
