Good value and comfortable room, but slow check-in process.
Pros:

Good value for the price, good location, simple but satisfactory room. Free coffee/tea in the lobby. Hot water in the shower. Good blackout curtains in room.

Cons:

Check-in was extremely slow, and I didn't want to have to do the check-in process online which maybe could have speeded things up. No hand towel in the bathroom. There was an outlet in the bathroom, but it was difficult to find.

Pros:

We were upgraded to a Superior Room with Double Bed and in-room Sauna. The sauna was very nice and heated quickly.

Cons:

The sauna accessories (hourglass and signs) were worn from too much use. The tv constantly showed a warning popup “Storage low” which was annoying.

Posizione ottima, fermata dell' autobus davanti all' hotel . Pulizia ottima e deposito bagagli per chi deve lasciare la stanza ma ha ancora tempo prima di prendere l' aereo. Buono il collegamento autobus per aeroporto

Чисто переночевать. / Just to spend the night.

Ничего на бронь не было толком уже нигде, а этот отель был и не самый дорогой, хотя и всё равно достаточно дорого за подобный уровень.

There was nothing really available to book anywhere, and this hotel wasn’t the most expensive, although it was still quite expensive for its level.

Cons:

Неуютно.
Если на ночь (с вечера до утра), то нормально: поспал и съехал. Но две ночи — не то.
Нет даже маленького холодильничка — это нонсенс...
Кондиционер еле работает.
Окно не открыть.
Подушки ужасные.
На оплаченный завтрак приходят даже посторонние с улицы: никто не ведёт абсолютно никакой контроль за посетителями и мы подумали: "И зачем мы платили?"))

It's uncomfortable.
If it's just for the night (from evening until morning), it's fine: sleep and then check out. But two nights is not the same.
There's not even a small refrigerator—that's nonsense...
The air conditioning barely works.
You can't open the window.
The pillows are terrible.
Even strangers from the street come in for paid breakfast: no one exercises any control over the guests, and we thought, "Why did we even pay?"

Breakfast had variety. And the free coffee and tea treat at reception was nice.

I understand Ibis budget focused business model with the one fits all: shampoo, body wash and soap, however not providing a simple hand towel—or responding to a request for one with “we do not work that way”—felt unnecessarily rigid and somewhat disappointing. Even small interactions with staff, such as requesting information, could benefit from a more hospitality-oriented and customer-focused approach. A little more flexibility and willingness to help would make a noticeable difference to the overall guest experience.

Trevlig personal, god mat i restaurangen.

Cons:

Frukosten var sådär. Det varma var inte gott bl a halvkokt korv. En del saker tog slut.
Vi åt tidig frukost på lördagen då en av oss skulle genomföra ironman och frukosten skulle vara anpassad till detta. Det var den inte, den bestod av liten yoghurt, små torra croissanter.
Gick inte att få ens bröd, smör och något pålägg. Inte det man vill ha innan en ironman.
Hade också önskat att det gått att låsa in cykeln i ett säkert förvar innan incheckning.

Comfortable stay before an early morning flight.
Pros:

Stylish hotel near the airport. Restaurant had good options for dinner. The room was comfortable if not small.
