Unfriendly and unknowledgeable staff.
Cons:

Very complicated, confusional and controversial information from front desk assistant. Used to cancel breakfast as part of the booking process as at the first day were offered a Manu and had to pay for our 6 years old daughter.
Tried to push evth to booking .com. Very unprofessional.

Fun, comfortable, and relaxing.
Pros:

The pool and hot tub area is very pretty and relaxing. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly as well!

Cons:

The beds were comfortable but a little small (we got two doubles) would opt for queens or king next time.

Breakfast included with very friendly staff. Convenient location.

Cons:

The beds were very uncomfortable and almost felt like a version of an air mattress. The rooms were also tiny with very little room to move around which was hard with our group of 4.
