As long as you get there early breakfast was good. Lots of options. Was able to have avocado toast every morning. Pet accommodations is a plus! Staff was hilarious. Front desk and attendants was awesome! Room was clean. Fresh linens everyday. They did their best with all the chaos they encountered on some days. They are a good part of why we always return.
Why is the smoke room gone? It was a great place the relax with a drink from the bar after all the walking around the scenic area. But also, what happened to the bar? Drinks were terrible. We've been here every year for the past 5 years. Really missed sitting outside under (ALL) the cabanas with a healthy whiskey sour, night air breezing through the wind chimes. Kids playing with the Legos (that are now not even picked up for them to play with). I miss the not so long ago days... this and a little more is why we kept coming back. But, the staff really was nice. Front desk AND attendants.

The pool and hot tub
The bar was closed the breakfast didn’t wasn’t like the picture that was shown .you have to walk up stairs to get to the 1st floor???
Stayed in a Jr King Suite Room 300 - it was very large, the bed was comfortable and the shower water pressure was AMAZING. It was dirty though. Location was great, just a short walk to falls, restaurants, etc. Hot tub jet pressure was also great.
Hair all over the shower, questionable stains on the sofa, poop splatters in the toilet, not enough parking for all guests, Breakfast was not ready until close to 8. It was pretty much just yogurt, cereal, breads and make your own waffles (which took forever waiting in line for a turn). No protein.
Nothing the hotel is infested with cockroaches
The staff was very rude. The hotel was infested with cockroaches. They offer you 3 towels with a dirty bath tub and sink. They refused to give me a refund. I found even stay for the first night I check out 5 hours later when I realized how bad this hotel is. Another big issue, there is not enough parking at this location, and the property doesn't seem to care about where their guest park. This was the worst stay ever. Not in a million years would I go back to this place. I hope it gets shut down.
