Pros:

How close to everything it was.

Cons:

There was a dirty feminine product stuffed into the clean towels. There were hairs in the shower. There were not enough parking spots for guests. Staff did not seem to be able to give viable solutions to the parking issue.

Pros:

Everyone was so helpful and humble and give me the right information about parking and even late me check in early with no issues Everyone was welcoming 😊 and the fall was 5 mint waking everything was so close I didn't even take out my car from parking God blass all the stuff

Cons:

In the hotel three food store they were closed i was they were open with halal food or something different 🤔

Nice stay, a good choice for the Niagara visitors as it is one of the best walkable hotels to Niagara
Pros:

The staffs , especially the manager , the location , parking , couldn’t experience the breakfast as we had to leave early .

Cons:

All good , just a little old property though it won’t matter given the proximity of the facility.

Pros:

It was our wedding anniversary, and I did not receive the room that I booked through Booking.com. I reserved a room with a king-size bed for my wife and me, and a separate room for the children with two beds. When we arrived, the room provided was not what I had booked.

I made a complaint to Booking.com because the booking was not honored. This situation caused stress and disappointment on a very special occasion for my family.

Views were beautiful stay was less then satisfactory
Pros:

I liked how close it was to the American falls and the Canadian border me and my wife spent almost every day in Canada

Cons:

The room was tinnier the expected and had an off smell to especially if you turned on the ac or heat
The parking situation is ABSOLUTELY AWEFUL and hotel staff didn’t seem to be enforcing the towing rule as every night there were cars in spots ment for guests that did not have a car tag on them

And staffs only suggestion was to go pay and park at a nearby lot with no remedy or reimbursement for paying for said parking

Lastly the bed felt like I was sleeping on a stone slab it was actually so bad my wife and I elected to use the pull out couch bed because it was softer needless to say when we come back to Niagara Falls we will be staying in Canada they have way nicer hotels and venues for us

Pros:

The service at this hotel was hurtful. We were not welcomed, they did not wanted to talk to us to give the parking space and key room. They said we dont have a booking and when they found out we did, no one apologized for the mistake they made. After that, they said there is no free parking for us due to limited parking spaces and we have to park out of pocket to park at a garage. Then they had just immediate customer for who they went out and look for parking , and as they saw it full they said them there is another parking of the hotel which has an opening for them. When we talked about our parking they said first come basis and what they did after was so racist. I and my family has never felt like this before at a hotel. We then went to checkout and talked about this and no one apologized for the behaviour, they gave me a manager name and hotel number to contact as they were unavailable on weekend. I called them and they said I can only contact the hotel through booking .com and will not be able to talk to their manager about my concerns directly.

Overpriced and feel cheated
Pros:

LOcation is great

Cons:

No cleaning service. Bathrooms near breakfast were locked. I was overcharged $860.36 when Booking quoted me $766.36
PLEASE EXPLAIN or refund the difference!!!
