Pros:

First, staff were very friendly and helpful. Location to the park is amazing! There's a store in the hotel, for last-minute grabs like hats, snacks, and souvenirs. Free breakfast (comes with package) was good; generous basic food groups. Overall friendly, family oriented place.

Cons:

The shower drain was clogged up, slow to drain.
Parking was confusing. To be fair for other guests who don't make the "first come-first serve " parking spot, and have to pay $15 at the garage parking, it should be lowered, because we all pay the same expected room rates.

Buena ubicación, pero con graves fallas en aseo y alimentación.
Pros:

Lo único positivo de nuestra estancia fue la ubicación del hotel, la cual es muy conveniente.

Cons:

Falta de higiene: La alfombra estaba llena de cabellos y había gran acumulación de suciedad detrás de los muebles. 2. Falta de artículos básicos: No había jabón ni acondicionador. 3. Barrera idiomática: Fue muy difícil comunicar esto en recepción, ya que el personal no hablaba español, por lo que nos quedamos sin solución.

Además, el servicio de desayuno fue inaceptable. Aunque se anunciaba de 7:00 am a 10:00 am, al llegar a las 9:16 am no había prácticamente nada. No había opciones de proteína (huevos, queso, tocineta, etc.). Solo pudimos preparar 4 waffles para un grupo de 7 personas y apenas quedaba una manzana y una naranja. Cuando preguntamos para pagar por un desayuno completo, nos informaron que no había servicio ni huevos disponibles, lo cual es inaceptable para un hotel de esta categoría.
