Not the cleanest room we just felt uncomfortable being there
Cons:

The bathroom and sink were dirty
We didn’t really spent the whole day inside of the hotel which is why it wasn’t are main concerns during our stay but I had to throw a towel under our feet in order to use the shower there was hair inside the shower walls and the sink had stains and sticky spots

Decent for the price, would consider staying here again
Pros:

Loved the location and staff was very helpful and pleasant

Cons:

Complementary breakfast could use some improvement. Very little to choose from and very long wait time to get anything at all, let alone absolutely no where to sit and eat. Check in took quite a bit of time, room was not ready, Had to find parking,come back in and wait some More. Staff was very apologetic and very nice about it.

Great customer service, but check your room.
Pros:

The close proximity to many other businesses.

Cons:

The place wasn't that clean. The room we had the bathroom and sink area needed to be cleaned. The carpet needed to be swept, and the bed had crumbs in it. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our time there. Oh, we had 4 people and had only 3 bath towels . But it worked out alright. Will reserve a room in the future. Thank you.

FRAUD!!!
Pros:

Run - Run far and run fast - and never never give them your credit card #. We made a reservation approx. at 2:00 P.M. on August 19th with Shay who works at the Front Desk at the Quality Inn located at 240 1st Street Niagara Falls N.Y. for 2 rooms - checking in on Thursday August 20th and checking out Saturday August 22nd. No confirmation email or text was ever sent. When we arrived Thursday I was told that we were a "no show" on August 19th and therefore they canceled our reservation. I tried to explain that the reservations were for Thursday August 20th and Friday August 21st checking out Saturday August 22nd. The Manager, Carmelo insisted that I made the reservations for the wrong days because "that is what is in the computer" . The Hotel had already withdrawn $300 USD monies for a stay that never happened. When I asked for a refund he (Carmelo) "called" the police to have me removed. I waited in the lobby for over an 1 hour - no police ever showed up. We are disputing the charges with the credit card company - but outcome will not be known for 90 days.
