Hotel ist für ein 4 Sterne Haus sehr ungepflegt, die Zimmerreinigung eigentlich nicht vorhanden. Klimaanlage sehr laut und scheppert, Kühlschrank nicht vorhanden bzw. nicht nutzbar da Tuer zugeschraubt . Kaum Staumöglichkeiten und nur 6 Kleiderbügel.

Prima hotel die naast de Porta Nigra ligt. Niets bijzonders.
Pros:

Parkeren in de kelder van het hotel, ruime kamer met een fantastische uitzicht op de Porta Nigra.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was slordig. Geen kopjes, geen borden, koffiemachine stuk. Meubilair van ontbijtruimte is echt aan vervanging toe. Gedateerd en scheuren in de bekleding. In de kamer had de badkamer een badkuip waarin je moet gaan staan om te douchen. Dit is voor ouderen niet handig.
