Pros:

Hotellets manager Franka är väldigt professionell och lyhörd. Men övrig personal på detta hotell är under all kritik.
Frukosten är bra och miljön i frukostmatsalen är väldigt fin.

Cons:

Hotellet är rent allmänt väldigt slitet. Trots att jag bad städaren två gånger att byta lakan så var detta inte gjort.

Не ми хареса обслужването на рецепцията на конкретен човек. Тя винаги се държеше лошо с нас и не ни съдействаше за нищо. А ние бяхме със болен човек, и се наложи да удължаваме два пъти престоя си, във връзка с лечение. И още нещо - една от сутрините дойдоха да чистят стаята в 8.30 ч., сутринта, което е недопустимо и стояха пред стаята докато слезем на закуска

Angenehmes Hotel in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Meine Highlights des Hotels waren die sehr gute Lage und das freundliche Personal. Alle für mich wichtigen Punkte Wiesbadens waren sehr gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer waren stimmig eingerichtet.

Cons:

Es gab für mich nichts, was mich richtig gestört hätte. Etwas irritierend fand ich aber, dass bei Booking ein Schwimmbad abgebildet ist, man dann aber erfährt, dass man pro Stunde 15 EUR zahlen muss.

Würde wieder kommen.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, gutes Zimmer mit Balkon, Bett bequem, schönes altes Haus.

Cons:

Wir fragten nach Filterkaffee anstatt Automatenkaffee. Der Kellner sagte, dass es sich nicht lohnen würde, da er dann 10 Liter kochen müsse. Der Frühstücksraum war aber voll.
