Anything was good
That it had a restaurant on site and the food was good
The pool was advertised as an indoor facility, yet it was not available during our stay, which coincided with Memorial Day weekend. You mentioned it was seasonal, but that raises the question of why an indoor pool would have such limitations. Additionally, we experienced a constant drip from the tub throughout our visit, which was quite bothersome. To make matters worse, we lost our car keys and spent an hour searching for them. When we called the front desk for assistance, the staff member on duty seemed indifferent and never bothered to check on our situation, despite being present the whole time. Overall, our experience at this hotel was disappointing.
Spacious room
Housekeeping random times. Pool closed. Location not great, not much nearby
The lobby was great, and the public restrooms downstairs were very nice.
For a Hilton, I guess my expectations were a bit higher than what I experienced. The bed was very comfortable but the rest was very much the equivalent of a motel 6. The bathroom was very small and compact, and the ceiling in the shower was cracked and on the verge of caving in. The water pressure was very low as well. The TV was very outdated and only had 60 channels. Places like the Hampton Inn at least give you the option to log into your streaming services. Overall, I feel like I did not get my moneys worth and will most likely not book with a Hilton again in the future.

Everything
Rooms and costumer service was great!
I don’t even know where to begin with this one. Normally, you expect a certain level of quality from Hilton, but this stay was a major disappointment.
We were given a corner room, which initially seemed like a plus, but the room had a strong smell of old cigarette smoke that immediately set a negative tone. The bathroom lighting was completely inadequate—the only light in the entire bathroom was the mirror light. There were no ceiling lights or any other light fixtures at all, which meant the shower area was essentially in the dark.
Cleanliness and maintenance were seriously lacking. The grout in the bathroom was dirty, the walls were visibly soiled, and there was white dust around the edges of the carpet. The furniture was in rough condition—scratched, chipped, and worn—and several drawers on the dresser wouldn’t even close properly. Even the mirror showed signs of neglect.
Overall, the room felt neglected and poorly maintained. It was concerning enough that I found myself checking for bedbugs, which is never something a guest should have to worry about.
Even at a discounted rate, this room was not worth it. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it unless significant improvements are made.
