There was no microwave in the room. The parking is also too expensive.
Checking in and out was a breeze. The rooms and hotels were clean and great location for what I needed to do. The parking system for the garage is not the best method.
Everything was excellent from desk staff to servers in the restaurant. Our room was beautiful and the bed was extra comfortable. We took a nap when we arrived and didn't take long to pass out. I really love your wait staff in the restaurant, they were so warm and welcoming. I had to apologize to the gentleman for my husband's aunt when he was making her omelet, she was not clear in explaining what she wanted, but he did not get offended and I was grateful. His service and the 2 ladies serving us were outstanding.

The hotel has some age showing. The room wasn't as clean as I usually expect from a Hilton property, especially, a property of this measure as a 4 star property. The staff is very nice and very helpful. Specifically, the front desk staff, the engineering department, and the restaurant staff. Very friendly and accommodating. We did have issues with the closet doors coming off the track and the safe. But they were repairable. It was easy to get transportation from acquiring an Uber to riding the free buses to the Metro.
The easy way to get to my room

4th of July weekend- packed but pleasant! Bartenders and waitresses and gentleman in coffee/snack bar along with front desk staff were all great! Disappointed that sushi restaurant was closed on the 4th and restaurant didn’t open until 5pm. Had to pay for sandwiches in snack bar area for lunch which came to $75. Breakfast just iced coffee and egg sandwich around $15. Dinner in the bar area was outstanding- cheeseburgers, salads and shrimp Alfredo - delicious! Room furniture was outdated but room was clean and beds comfortable. Be prepared to wait a very long time for an elevator- especially at check out. No valet and only digital key works at garage. If you don’t park on the upper level- be prepared to drag your suitcases up and down stairs. Pool was very nice but took us 15 minutes to find it- need more signs- workout room was great! Rooms ending in the numbers 10-15 will face the capital building.
The service in the restaurant was great and check-in completed in a timely manner.

Very nice hotel, but could use a refresh.
My room had 0 USB charging ports. I had to leave my laptop on overnight and use the USB ports to charge devices.
The TV wasn't a smart TV, had no apps, and the hotel had no HDMI cables for checkout.
The tub faucet dropped continuously. (You couldn't hear it and it wasn't a distraction, but it never quit.)
The staff, to a person, was the most helpful and friendliest I have encountered.
The restaurants were excellent and their breakfast is amazing.
Very nice hotel but our room was a little warm at night despite turning down the AC to 65 degrees.

Bed sheets were extremely dirty. Looked like the sheets homeless people use on the street.
Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and close to Regan Airport. We stayed in a dbl room on the 23rd floor. Spacious accommodations. Small shopping plaza in walking distance with about 4 dining options, a grocery store and CVS.
