Pros:

Good location for my needs.

Cons:

Bit pricey- took a while to get hot water in the shower. Elevators were slow.

It was manageable and I made it work.
Pros:

It was nearby food locations. The accommodations for my handicap was good. I liked the space. I check into a hotel when I am on deadline for writing to my editors.

Cons:

I was expecting a restaurant for full room service and the advertising was not accurate. There was a restaurant in the hotel but it didn’t deliver. I paid for meals and did not receive a ticket so ordered Uber Eats. They did not have my reservation until two days before and I had to get Booking involved with confirmation and pricing. They did not read messages about my 6lb support dog and were unprepared for him. I had Hilton Honors and had to contact them to have this applied. I usually get WiFi discounts but did not.

Nice Stay
Pros:

Checking in and out was a breeze. The rooms and hotels were clean and great location for what I needed to do. The parking system for the garage is not the best method.

Pros:

Everything was excellent from desk staff to servers in the restaurant. Our room was beautiful and the bed was extra comfortable. We took a nap when we arrived and didn't take long to pass out. I really love your wait staff in the restaurant, they were so warm and welcoming. I had to apologize to the gentleman for my husband's aunt when he was making her omelet, she was not clear in explaining what she wanted, but he did not get offended and I was grateful. His service and the 2 ladies serving us were outstanding.

La taille des chambres très bien pour une famille
Chambre très propre
Petit déjeuner au top avec le personnel à notre écoute
Nous n’avons malheureusement pas eu le temps de tester la piscine
Les enfants étaient revis et seraient bien restés plus longtemps

The hotel has some age showing. The room wasn't as clean as I usually expect from a Hilton property, especially, a property of this measure as a 4 star property. The staff is very nice and very helpful. Specifically, the front desk staff, the engineering department, and the restaurant staff. Very friendly and accommodating. We did have issues with the closet doors coming off the track and the safe. But they were repairable. It was easy to get transportation from acquiring an Uber to riding the free buses to the Metro.
