Frustrating
Pros:

The hotel took deposit and still haven't released it, they assured me that they will leave a note and l can cancel for free but penalized me for 1 night that l have already paid for and stayed. Still cannot get my refund for the rest of my booking. Will try never stay at Hilton

The way reception desk supports you and then you realize that they didn't do anything to support, they did not refund, they did not release your deposit, literally nothing...

Great hotel near Downtown
Pros:

Great thoughtful staff. Breakfast was very good and all the facilities were impecable. I loved my room, very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. I will stay there again when I go back to Orlando.

Good spot for a quick visit. Avoid the parking garage
Pros:

Love the hotel, staff and location.

Cons:

The parking garage is a disaster waiting to happen and is not worth the $35 parking fee. Broken infrastructure, leaks that look like structural damage, exit gate that doesn't work and no staff to handle it.

Cons:

The elevators were shaky in the garage and hotel. Seemed old and need updating. Sofa in our room needed updating.

The front desk staff were unfriendly, aggressive, and uncooperative from day one. I called about a delivered package and was told it hadn’t arrived, but when I went down in person and asked again, they suddenly found it.

Housekeeping was poor — used towels were folded and put back instead of being replaced, they smelled bad, and the room was not properly cleaned daily.

We were also told complimentary water is only provided on the first day, which was not clearly communicated.

To make matters worse, we were charged for receiving a package, paid the fee, but it was not recorded. When we followed up, staff were dismissive and unhelpful.

Close to advent hospital and dog friendly. Quiet great park in front to walk dogs.

Cons:

St time I ever payed $75 for a pet fee. Parking was an additional $33. Breakfast was not good and definitely worth the price. No microwave
