The windows were not clean hence a clear view of downtown was restricted

Breakfast was horrible, do not recommend at all, we paid for it but used it only once. Room cleaning was horrible, twice in two days as we were informed during check-in, but in fact even worse. No cleaning at all.
The location and the staff was extremely friendly!
I was placed in a room with the AC unit out my window running all night long and it was loud. Not the hotels fault but my one complaint.
The front desk gal, Samantha, was awesome! She was helpful and kind, and very intuitive! She was super accommodating to my friend who needed more accessibility. Very thankful to her for everything, she went above and beyond for us! The bartender gal was also the sweetest, I wish I could have gotten her name because she was amazing! She was working the night of August 2nd to give her as much credit as I can. Lovely staff and very nice and clean hotel. They made our stay for Gen Con very special! Thank you so much for a great stay!
I got the accessible room for my friend who uses a wheelchair, and the room was probably 50% actually accessible. In terms of space, great! Very large and easy to maneuver the wheelchair! But it was on the second floor and during emergencies that does make it hard to get around. There were also no outlets in the bathroom and the sink was very tiny. Otherwise, the room was relatively accessible. Great stay none the less and again, the staff was spectacular! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Someone was shot and killed in the parking lot during our stay.
I was in town for a race and the proximity allowed me to walk to the venue. The hotel was close to the canal and made for a quiet night of sleep.
It was a little confusing getting onto the property ( I was using my GPS) but I did ok.

Breakfast could have had more choices, in terms of the breakfast included with the room fee.
The staff was super friendly, everything was stocked well. I like that fact that if I were staying due to going to the hospital the next morning they provided a parking pass and free breakfast.
I am Handicapped and bound to my wheelchair. I cannot stand. I called ahead to make sure I was able to get a handicap room. When we arrived I was pretty disappointed that the bathroom had a bath tub instead of roll in show (which I saw pictured on the Google Photos) I went to the front desk and asked if I could at least get a shower chair so I could take a shower prior to my surgery scheduled the next morning. The woman at the front desk did all she could to try and find me one but she was unsuccessful. I wound up have to very awkwardly get down onto the floor in the bath tub to get cleaned up. My husband actually wound up straining by his back lifting me back out when I was finished. Also, I had really hoped to be able to do a bit of strolling around the town a bit in my free time but it was fairly difficult getting out to the main road due to the sidewalks being either cracked really badly or towards the entrance of the parking lot the sidewalks were extremely steep and uneven to the point that my wheelchair lost grip on one side and I almost rolled into the busy roadway. I really believe considering the amount of hospitals in close proximity to this hotel there should be a few more steps taken to accommodate the handicapped personnel.
The staff was kind.
Parking was not included in the price. My final bill was $33 more due to paying for a parking pass.

A lot of broken things. Key pads didn’t work, ice machine was broken, sinks were clogged, toilet wouldn’t flush
