overall I left satisfied with my choice
Pros:

I liked the staff first of all, some things were unusual for us and thank you for your patience in explaining and helping me and also for adding an extra day that we really needed

Cons:

The room had a very old carpet which, even though it was clean, had a certain smell. The windows were also not very clean. I was surprised that the paid breakfast was much tastier and more interesting than the free one, but it seems to be a common practice

Very good, definitely a hotel for one or two nights max. recommended for layovers.
Pros:

Overall. very clean, neat and organized. Very nice building. we got a room with a view to the airport runway and downtown Toronto, so that was really cool.

Cons:

The sound of the rooms' doors next to ours was too evident, as well as the bell sound of the elevator and we were not next to the elevator hall. That was odd. We can understand the airplanes noise as it is a airport location hotel, but noise from the hall is kinda weird. It wasn't terrible, but definitely louder than expected.
There's no pathway from the parking lot to the hotel, you have to walk on the grass and with the cars to get to the entrance.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Check-in and check out was very smooth. Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were very helpful, kind and considerate. The gentleman at the reception was welcoming and accommodating. I didn't get his name, but he need to get a raise. He asked many times if I needed anything, if I am comfortable and offered assistance whenever i need anything.

Cons:

We asked for slippers twice but we didn't receive any.
