La chambre est simple et le lit est très confortable, la piscine et jacuzzi,
les restos dans l'hôtel, le déjeuner beaucoup de choix. Les nombreuses salles de réception et la véranda.
Les restaurants rapide au coin de la rue, Burger king Tim Horton
si seulement la Mme de la navette est plus social et sympathique sa serait plus agréable

We liked the pool and go tub facilities, the restaurants and store on sight were handy. The shuttle services were fantastic. We also liked our rooms bathroom, the mirror light was to die for. Starbucks on sight was another good addition.
When we originally checked in the employee was going too fast and made multiple errors in room, booking and, general attitude to helping. The “spare” room that we were put in was not what I ordered and it had a crappy view. Also the Breakfast employee who manned the desk also would not correct any errors with order. We were also made aware that the breakfast was not complete access and we only had one visit. The bar, although advertised to be open late decided since there was only one customer to close early making unable for my partner and friends to enjoy a drink late when we had to be up.

Staffs were awesome, good quality breakfast. Front desk team were professional and great hospitality. Shuttle service was excellent. Really impressed with the team
The bathtub, the bathroom needs a refurbishment and shower pressure needs to be adjusted it’s really high.

The location is convenient, when you are flying from Pearson s. The lobby is inviting. We visited a bar, which was decent and breakfast was ok. There a spa, coffee shop, restaurant and many event rooms as well as parking on site for 30cad.
The hotel is right next to the airport, so it is not super quiet. The noise from the traffic- both cars / planes can be definitely heard in the room, so use the provided ear plugs if you need a quiet to sleep. Our room seemed clean overall but could have been cleaner (long/short hair in the bathroom, crumbs on the carpet).
