Beds super comfy. Fluffy pillows and douvet, lovely bathroom and toiletries. Staff very friendly and accommodating

Brilliant location great staff but the dirty sink really off putting
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and the staff were really good

Cons:

The sink in the bathroom was really dirty
Only 1 packet of biscuits in the room also no water at all in the room
I took a video of the sink it was that bad but I couldn’t upload it so the photo doesn’t show out how bad it was

Excellent Hotel managed by exceptional staff
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. The staff opened the door for us and offered to take our cases. Even though we declined the offer, it was very much appreciated. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful, even explaining the car charging option in the hotel for me. Waiter in the breakfast room was super helpful with setting us up for breakfast with our kids. Room was spacious and very clean. Overall, a really nice hotel, managed by super helpful staff. We will definitely visit it again and are currently looking at trying another of the hotels in the Doyle group. Our 3rd short break this year and we definitely saved the best till last.

Close enough to town center and attractions and with good food and service in the bar/restaurant.
Pros:

Good-sized family room, excellent food at the bar restaurant, friendly staff.

Cons:

Parking is awkward and with only one elevator servicing the car park. It was odd that you couldn't pick food from either restaurant's menu, irrespective of where you sat, given they're both interconnected.

Love the River Lee but staff need some training
Pros:

Food was fabulous, pool was lovely for family. Location excellent.

Cons:

We ate in the restaurant night 1, food was amazing but service was just shocking. So slow and plenty staff on but unfortunately didn't know what to be doing! Was a pity as food so good. Ordered drinks which took forever to come, we had a babysitter for 1.5hrs and spent first half hour waiting for a drink.
