Unforgettable

Amazing experience from start to finish.

We stayed in the Chic Room, and honestly, what a unique design. I completely fell in love with the rococo-inspired style, the atmosphere, and the overall character of the hotel. Hotel MOTTO has a very distinctive identity, and that uniqueness really makes the stay feel special.

We were also incredibly touched that the hotel welcomed us with local pastries on arrival because we were visiting for our honeymoon. Such a thoughtful gesture.

A special thank you to Omniah at reception, she was absolutely wonderful. Thank you for the drink recommendation, your kindness, and all your help during our stay.

I would definitely come back and would highly recommend Hotel MOTTO to anyone who wants to truly enjoy their time in Vienna in a stylish, memorable, and unique hotel.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, zu Fuß oder mit den Öffentlichen ist man in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum.

A stylish, comfortable hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

Everything! From the moment we walked in we were greeted by Johanna (spelling?) who went out of her way to make us feel welcome.
The hotel is exquisite. The interior has a Paris/Venetian boutique feel with vintage details and gorgeous Venetian mirrors. We stayed in a Chic double room and even though not large was cosy and stylish. It had the ‘wow’ factor when we walked in.
The location was fantastic. It is right on Mariahilfer Straße, with cafés, shops, restaurants and public transport right at our doorstep. The historic centre was just over 2km away but easy an walk or a few stops on the train.
We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Motto. The service was exceptional, and even when we had an early departure, Christopher at the front desk greeted us cheerfully and was incredibly helpful. It was a wonderful start and end to our stay in such a beautiful city, and we would happily return.

Schönes Hotel, aber meiner Meinung nach überteuert.
Pros:

Sehr hilfsbereites Personal.
Das Zimmer war sehr nett eingerichtet.
Gut bestückte Minibar.
Super Restaurant im Haus.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war zum Innenhof, dort war es um 24 Uhr noch sehr laut.
Das Zimmer war extrem klein. Um in den Kleiderschrank zu gelangen, musste ich das Nachtkästchen entfernen.
Das WC hatte keinen Abzug/Ventilator

Wonderful and enjoyable experience.
Pros:

Would happily stay here again and again.
Pros:

The hotel is very high quality, and in a nice area if you are not wanting to be right in the tourist area. We’ve stayed in Vienna a few other times in the tourist area and preferred this area. Excellent restaurant and bar - get reservations though. Great staff throughout - Pulja (sp ?) Bartender is wonderful.

Cons:

There was nothing we did not like.

One of my favourite hotels ever.
Pros:
