Good for nice short stay in great location.
Pros:

Good location, Newbury Street, walkable to most locations, T stations, and Back Bay Train station.

Cons:

Bathroom could use upgrade, no stopper in sink, just open hole//drain, not enough space to hang towels,wet bath mat left and not replaced one night,

OK stay, recommended place with the aforementioned caveat.
Pros:

The room was small but nice and well-furnished. The location was good, near Newbury St. and metro stations, so we were able to get to all the relevant places very easily.

Cons:

One day we came back to the hotel after a day of sightseeing to find our room hadn't been cleaned, or the bed made, but clearly someone had been in there, because the contents of a trash bin had been left onto a table. Manager gave us an hour more until checkout, I guess as a way of compromise, but I found it disturbing that someone had been in our room, not to clean it but to empty a wastepaper basket onto a desk!

Something different!
Pros:

The location is on the middle of it all! Close to the T, close to restaurants and easy to grab an Uber. The hotel is full of charm. It’s not your everyday Marriott. It has some quirks in the best way. Great stay.

Great location but the hotel itself is dated and sad. The bathtub was not clean. Definitely not worth the money.

Historical Charm in a Great Location
Pros:

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Copley Square. The building has historical charm and it’s situated in Back Bay close to Newberry Street, which is a super cute and safe area. Bonus is that it’s like a 5 minute walk to 2 subway stops. We really appreciated the restaurant and bar suggestions when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again!
