​Péssima experiência

​Me hospedei por 4 diárias no Best Western em Roma e tive uma experiência extremamente decepcionante e revoltante.

​No único dia em que solicitei a arrumação do quarto, ao retornar no final do dia, tive a triste surpresa de constatar o sumiço de uma sacola grande cheia de compras de mercado (incluindo chocolates, biscoitos, Nutella e outros itens).

​Fui imediatamente à recepção para fazer a reclamação sobre o ocorrido. No dia seguinte, devolveram apenas alguns dos itens dentro de uma bolsa totalmente diferente da original, sem dar explicações plausíveis ou resolver a situação por completo.

​A sensação de insegurança de ter seus pertences mexidos e levados de dentro do próprio quarto em um hotel de uma rede conhecida é inaceitável. O atendimento para resolver o problema deixou muito a desejar. Não recomendo a hospedagem.

Pessimo hotel: pulizia zero, staff poco disponibile, camere fatiscenti .

Posizione utile se sei in viaggio studio e/o hai interesse su La Sapienza.

Cons:

La struttura è sporca, le camere sono a sorte, ovvero prenoti una King Superior e rischi di trovarti su una scena dell’orrore: muri sporchi, mobili marci e sporchi, pavimento pieno di macchie e aria condizionata non funzionante. Prenoti una camera standard, sono piccole al minimo di movimento per due persone, anche qui le stanze non ristrutturate non hanno neppure una presa elettrica vicino al comodino. La struttura non è assolutamente da Vest Western. Sconsigliatissimo
