Gentilissime le ragazze in sala per la colazione e per la cena.
Un pò meno cordiale il signore alla reception.
Ottima, abbondante e varia la scelta per la colazione.
Nel complesso bene.

Cons:

La camera assegnata al sesto piano grande, bella doccia, ma con la TV che ha necessitato intervento dello staff perché non funzionava.
Manca la presa per il phon in bagno.
Silenziosa, letto grande e comodo.

Bella camera quadrupla con due letti matrimoniali comodi e due armadi, pulita e accogliente, ristrutturata bene,

Cons:

Gli infissi sono vetusti e andrebbero sostituiti, la portafinestra non chiude bene e non smorza i rumori che vengono dall'esterno. Basterebbe fare questo piccolo investimento e poi la camera sarebbe da 10

Good location at reasonable price. Staff were excellent.
Pros:

Staff were uniformly excellent--pleasant, helpful and informative. Breakfast was amazing, especially for the very reasonable price. Appreciated staff arranging transport from airport and later to Civitavecchia cruise port.

Cons:

Hotel was near central city, but had to hike a bit to get to nearest Metro station.

В целом хорошее местоположение. 30 минут пешком от вокзала. 10 минут от метро. Удобные кровати.

Cons:

Дорого за эти деньги. Плюс еще налог туристический 7 евро за ночь с каждого человека. Нас было 4-ро, дорого. Очень плохие подушки, мебель, все достаточно старое. В общем, пару дней сойдет.

Im Grossen und Ganzen waren wir zufrieden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Gut gelegen, unweit einer Metrostation. Sehr freundliches Personal beim Frühstück, immer hilfsbereit. Vorallem Giiusi war sehr freundlich. Haben uns gute Tips zu einem guten Restaurant gemacht.

Cons:

Am 2. Tag hatten wir darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass die Balkontüre sich nicht schliessen lässt und dass der Badventilator (Lüftung) nicht funktionierte. Bis zu unserer Abreise wurde nichts geändert. An einem Tag wurde ebenfalls die Dusche nicht geputzt. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden.
