Pros:

The location- very close to Policlinico metro station (line B) just one metro station away from Termini railway station.A spacious room and spacious bathroom. 24 hour reception, smooth an easy process of check-in and check-out. Very fast and timely online communication with the hotel staff before our arrival. Organized pick-up from the airport in the middle of the night. A rooftop terrace restaurant (extremely delicious pizza). A comfortable bed. A large terrace in our room. All facilities that one might need in a hotel room. A very good breakfast starting early in the morning at 7:00 am. Practically I liked everything about Best Western Plus Globus Hotel and highly recommend it to anyone traveling on business or leisure.

Cons:

There isn't anything that I didn't like.

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage mit guter Anbindung zum Bahnhof Termini

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist ruhig, gleichzeitig hat man eine gute Anbindung zum Bahnhof Termini, sodass man schnell und unkompliziert unterwegs ist.

Besonders schön ist die Dachterrasse, auf der man wunderbar entspannen kann. Das Essen dort war ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt, und das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und bot eine gute Auswahl.

Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einer gelungenen Kombination aus ruhiger Lage, guter Verkehrsanbindung und angenehmem Service. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer hätten etwas größer sein können, für unsere Zwecke waren sie jedoch ausreichend. Leider war das WLAN im Zimmer sehr schlecht bis teilweise gar nicht vorhanden, was die Reiseplanung etwas erschwert hat.

Beim Frühstück waren häufig relativ viele Gäste gleichzeitig anwesend. Dadurch kam es insbesondere an der Kaffeemaschine zu Wartezeiten. Eine zweite Kaffeemaschine wäre hier sicherlich sinnvoll.

Nuolat per pusryčius gendantis kavos aparatas šiek tiek liūdino, o ir kavos pasirinkimas aparate nebuvo didelis. Be to, žmonių nemažai, o aparatas tik vienas, todėl nuolat eilės. Gerai, kad kava dar buvo ruošiama prie baro, tačiau vėl gi, prie baro užtrunki ilgiau.

no help to carry luggages. there are several steps to get to reception area. staff won't leave their desk area kust pointing where to store luggages. elevator is good for one person with 2 luggages only.
