Pros:

Selten haben wir uns in einem Hotel so gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die herzliche Betreuung, die vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten haben unseren Aufenthalt wieder mal unvergesslich gemacht. Ein großes Dankeschön an alle , besonders an Sophie( Empfang) , an Gianni( The english Grill) und an das Team der New York Bar!

Gute Lage aber deutliche Abwertung beim Zustand

Sehr nettes Personal

Cons:

Alter, unrenovierter Zustand der Zimmer. Das Hotel ist hinsichtlich der Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen. Die Badezimmer sind sehr klein, enge Badewanne mit integrierter Dusche. Das passt nicht zu einem Luxushotel.

Great experience in the heart of London
Pros:

It was chosen for the location. It is minutes from Victoria station as well as Buckingham palace and the Mews and on all On and Off buses like Big Bus.

The doormen are a charming experience. And we had an excellent dinner of Beef Wellington at the Grill.

Staff for afternoon tea very good.

Cons:

Breakfast was not as good as it could have been and service was not perfect. Items missing and long wait for them to arrive.

Great location, friendly helpful staff, but beware which room you book.
Pros:

So convenient for Buckingham Palace. The non-courtyard facing bedrooms are lovely, more modern and spacious.

Cons:

Some of the bedrooms are very small and facing into an enclosed courtyard with noisy air con unit and trellises right in front of the windows.

Superb stay
Pros:

The enviromentwhich is beautifully decorated and very comfortable.
The chairs, china and even gold taps in the bathroom. The food is really good in the English Grill for dinner and breakfast. Afternoon tea very good.
The staff are beautifully presented and very friendly as well as attentive.
We slept very well.
When we arrived my grandson was given a lovely teddy bear dressed as a guard.
Shower and shower gel are good. I loved getting fresh milk and lovely cakes in the room.
Everyone were so helpful.
The location is superb. Not far from Victoria station, directly next to Buckingham Palace with an easy walk down the mall.
Green park underground station is 10 minutes walk so it is easy to get around.
