Good central location
Pros:

Great central safe location near Green Park station. I was attending a late night party and this hotel felt very safe to return to in early hours of the morning.

Inside the room there is a step up to the bedroom area from the entrance and bathroom.

The staff are lively, welcoming and fun. The concierge sent us to some excellent t restaurants and seemed to anticipate our standards. The room was small but clean and comfortable.

Larger room with more storage would’ve been helpful.

Appalling room above the London Underground
Pros:

We like the property for the location.

Cons:

We had an appalling room above the underground room 22. We could not sleep as the noise only stopped after midnight and started up about 5.45am. It’s totally unacceptable. The air con was not working the room airless!
