It was a boutique hotel in an excellent location and very walkable. The staff was courteous and attentive. I was traveling alone and felt safe and secure staying here
Great staff and cleanliness
Room was spacious, well equipped and had excellent air conditioning. The location is great for exploring central London being only a 5 minute walk to Green Park underground. The staff are welcoming and helpful.

There was very little to like as our air conditioning did not work and the staff pretended to fix it each time we complained. They did not fix it. We were very hot and it ruined our holiday.
Our air conditioning didn’t work, the staff pretended to fix it but did not. We were very hot and it ruined our holiday. We had to walk sideways into our tiny bathroom. It was very dangerous. The soundproofing is completely inadequate and we had very broken sleep. It is NOT a 5-star hotel. Communication before our stay was terrible. They lied and said the room we booked had windows that opened - it didn’t. Had they been honest we would have cancelled our booking. The room they moved us to was hot, noisy and you could also hear the London Underground roaring every few minutes even though we were on the first floor. Regarding the faulty air conditioning they offered us a reduced rate etc on a FUTURE stay but no partial refund for not providing a key service of working air conditioning. It was a hollow and cynical offer as we would never stay there again. We now have to interrupt our holiday to make a formal complaint to the relevant authorities. We found the hotel to be absolutely terrible. It ruined our trip to London.

I was placed on the first floor where one can hear the underground every 1.5 min and overheard the weekend at nights every 10-15 min.
Room like this should not be sold to anyone. I was there multiple times at high floor and it was really great experience. I asked to change rooms but the hotel was fully booked. We had to leave a day before (no reimbursement and no receipt was given even two days later).
Super noisy room although I asked for a quiet room. Again , do not sell these train noise rooms on grand floor and first floor (main was on the first floor). The front desk knew about the noise from these rooms and accept on saying we are sorry - nothing happen.
I also asked for the front desk manager and when wrote an e-mail to him did not get a reply…
