Een genot om te zijn!
Pros:

De sfeer, de excelente service van alle medewerkers, de hygiëne overal in het gehele hotel. Het is een heerlijke plek om helemaal tot rust te komen, het personeel onthoud persoonlijke details, is super meelevend en behulpzaam. Daarnaast is de locatie geweldig! Daarnaast lag het bed uitzonderlijk goed. De gordijnen waren zo dik dat de kamer volledig donker was waardoor we heerlijk konden slapen. Het lichtplan was uitmuntend waardoor je het licht in de kamer kon aanpassen naar je wensen. Ook de temperatuur was eenvoudig te regelen.
Daarnaast was het eenvoudig om je telefoon aan de tv te koppelen. De kamer en badkamer waren perfect schoon en werden keurig opgeruimd iedere dag.
Het ontbijt is vers en smaakvol. Kortom fantastich!!

Tipico hotel ingles.
Pros:

Desayuno normal. Buena ubicacion al lado de Green Park.

Cons:

El placard con reducido espacio para colgar camperas y pantalones largos, un item que deberia mejorarse.

Sono già stata più volte. Adesso era quasi un anno che non andavo. Personale scarsissimo, molto non preparato (dalla reception, al concierge, al servizio in camera (per un caffè americano con basket di croissant e pane + burro e marmellata, sono tornati tre volte perchè continuavano a scordarsi qualcosa...), agli errori contabili (tre voci in più non dovute, per una notte + colazione in camera), devo dire che l'impressione è come se avessero cambiato gestione. Sicuramente si è drammaticamente abbassato il livello di servizio, rispetto a quando avevano aperto. darò ancora due chance (ho le prenotazioni già pagate), ma ne sono molto, molto pentita. Conosco Londra e il servizio di Londra in zona Mayfair da trent'anni, non hanno davvero dimostrato di essere lontanamente all'altezza. Sbagliavano, detta in sintesi, tutto. anche solo l'accesso al wifi è un'impresa epica...

Precisei mudar de quarto. O primeiro, não cabia uma mala de cada hóspede, sequer. Extremamente pequeno. Quando pedi que procedessem à mudança, me informaram que eu teria que pagar valores extras. Isso acabou não acontecendo, pela intervenção de um outro funcionário no dia seguinte.

This was my 3rd time staying at The Mayfair Townhouse. It's my hotel in London and I hope to stay there again.

The rooms were top notch, the breakfast is always great, the proximity to Green Park, Green Park Station, Mayfair, and St. James Park, and located on a quiet street.
