Pros:

Location was great ... not far from bus depot and quick walk to Tacky Town (Clifton Hill) 😂. Hotel is old but comfortable. There is an ice machine and a vending machine. Staff are helpful.

Cons:

Nothing really. Spa is not very strong but still relaxing.

Overall not worth the price we paid at all
Pros:

The only thing that was good in this stay was that the hotel wasn’t packed in fact it was quite literally empty

Cons:

The rooms weren’t clean enough the tv controller wasn’t working and did not get fixed either even tho we’ve spoken to the front desk.. the toilet stopped working and was told that maintenance will come at 6 am the next day which was the day we were leaving so my father in law had to be the one trying to fix it so they could use the bathroom in the middle of the night.. the room smelled bad and my sister in law got bitten by a bug. The whirlpool didn’t work at the hotel it was nothing like the last time we stayed here in 2024

Bastante bien.
Pros:

Habitación grande y limpia, aunque un poco anticuada. El desayuno está bien, pero la bebida se paga a parte y tienes que elegir (no puedes cogerte zumo y café, por ejemplo).

La ubicacion es buena cerca del puente y a 10 min del centro caminando. Tiene parking propio. Las camas son comodas.

Las instalaciones son antiguas, parece que es un hotel venido a menos. Le haria falta una reforma, el lavabo es pequeño, la moqueta esta hinchada, etc

Perfect for our visit at Niagara Falls!
Pros:

Our homebase while visiting the Niagara Falls, already for the 3rd time! The hotel has a bit the flair of the 60s/70s and at some spots we felt like back in the "good old days". Hotel is clean, very close to the falls. We did not used the breakfast option. Parking fee is fair and you can leave your car until the afternoon on your departure day. In the past we had a room at the backside, this time (with extra costs) a room on the river side. We did not use the balcony and the family decided that the next time we will be ok with a room at the backside, again. Parking behind the hotel is tight, but we always found a spot. Nice pool, but on one side very deep! Watch your kids! If you are used to stay in new 5 stars hotels, you might be disapointed, but if you an "average" traveler, go for it. Very fair price!
