My stay at The Mandeville Hotel in Marylebone offered a magical, inspiring sanctuary that became the birthplace of my short story collection, enhanced by warm hospitality, a fabulous check-in from Nikila, and utmost room comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel, and stay here time and time again….
The location is perfect and the staff are lovely.
Our room smelt of damp - the first room we were offered was even worse where the room and whole corridor smelt of damp. This hotel could be fabulous - they have a great team and the location can't be beaten - but it urgently needs some money spent to update the property and get rid of the smell of damp.

I had a fantastic stay at The Mandeville Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The room was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
The location is perfect—just a short walk from Oxford Street, Marylebone High Street, and plenty of great restaurants and shops, making it an ideal base for exploring London.
The service throughout my stay was exceptional, and every member of the team went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend The Mandeville Hotel to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable hotel in a fantastic central London location.

What truly made our stay exceptional was the people. Every member of the team we encountered—from the doormen and concierge to the housekeeping staff, restaurant team, and reception—was genuinely welcoming, professional, attentive, and always willing to help. It is rare to experience such consistently high standards of service throughout an entire hotel.
We would especially like to thank Amar at Reception. His kindness, professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine care for guests made a lasting impression. He is a wonderful ambassador for the hotel and a real credit to the entire team.
We travel frequently and stay in many hotels around the world, so we truly appreciate outstanding hospitality when we experience it. The team at The Mandeville Hotel delivered exactly that.
