I’ve been staying at The Mandeville hotel for the good part of 10 years every time I am in London, twice a year. The hotel is always spotless, the staff and the front of house, especially Razvan, are super friendly, professional and make my stay effortless and pleasant. Nothing is too much effort. I’ve tried one or two other hotels in London in the past, but I always end up choosing The Mandeville - the location, the staff and the size of the rooms are unmatched.

The hotel was very well situated, in a quieter part of the city. Close to Bond Station, and Oxford Street. Special thank you to the concierges (Mr Said) and front desk staff (Nikita), who were especially helpful during our stay!
I return time and again to this hotel because it is in a good location for shops, Wigmore Hall, and the Wallace Collection. All the staff are charming and Nikita and Razvan have been particularly helpful on a number of occasions. The rooms I have stayed in are comfortable and quiet and the breakfast buffet has a wide choice, with possibility of ordering freshly cooked eggs or omelettes.
I tried out the Reform Grill this time and enjoyed a late lunch of fish and chips!
