Location, perfect, short walk to Oxford, Bond Street and Hyde Park.
Staff were very attentive and accommodating.
Breakfast was very good, meaning, a good selection, of quality food. I also had dinner one night in the hotel restaurant, was quietly impressed.
Room was good size, 19m2, well appointed, bathroom was clean and every thing worked as it should.

The room I booked had no window, not even not enough space to enter the room or place my luggage, or move my body around even one step further, no closet, no tea pot, or anything except a tiny shower. This is not a hotel room and worse than a ceprison cell, and they charged this room for over 300 pound per night. Guest will have clustrophobia. I immediately came put of the room and requested to a larger room. As they were fully booked, I had to cancel my stay there at midnight and had to find another hotel room. They are still do not return to me for the payment issue I claimed via booking.com. Hotel business is all about hospitality. You cannot offer this type of inhumane condition of a room to any guest and charge more than 300 pounds a day. This was insane and the worst experience I've ever had in my life.

My room wasn’t ready when it should have been and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. They made an upgrade available immediately. I was very impressed with the response. The staff generally were delightful in the whole time.

I loved being tucked away on the 5th floor, looking out over the rooftops. The room was beautifully decorated, with excellent lighting, but the biggest bonus was the bathroom! So roomy and sparkling, and whoever thought of motion activated nightlights has my grateful thanks.

We liked the location very close to Harley Street. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Loved my Singapore Sling cocktail.
I didn't enjoy the evening meals fish and chips...very greasy fish and sea bass meal just didn't taste nice.
The staff was really helpful and nice, and the location is wonderful. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished.
The building is older, and as such the rooms are a bit small. The bathroom is outdated, but clean and functional.

The product and the staff are tired - some of the rooms have been done up but if you get one that hasn't it is dismal. The lobby was dead no life and no hospitality - such a shame because the location is amazing!
