Great place to stay
Pros:

Staff were wonderful - all friendly, helpful and attentive.
Fabulous location
Booked a superior twin. Great room and amenities - robes, slippers, water, coffee pods. Shower over bath - personally prefer walk in shower but this worked really well, great water pressure.
Plenty of choices for breakfast from hot and cold buffet

Very disappointed and expensive for a very average room.
Cons:

Air conditioning was not working, two additional small units were in the room. They were noisy and ineffective and they took up what room we had in an unexpected small room. The Bathroom was dated.

Location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable, nothing outstanding all basic needs fulfilled perfectly

Cons:

The only issue was the room was not in total darkness as the curtains or window cover did not block light completely

Läget är fantastiskt, nära allt som shopping, Selfridges, restauranger, matbutiker och parkerna. Frukost bra och rum fint men inte så stort. Fin utsikt från 6 våning över takåsarna. Trevlig personal.

Cons:

Luftkonditionering hade bara två lägen. Ett tystare läge hade varit bra.
