Cramped rooms. Our first room was very cramped. We asked to change and they were so gracious about it and moved us to a much nicer room

Pros:

Beautiful boutique hotel in great location. The room was tastefully decorated albeit very small - I did book a single room and expected it in a city like London so can’t complain about it. I would definitely return to this property.
