Expensive
Pros:

Heating wouldn't work on 1st 2 nights and it was freezing. The last night the Aircon blasted out hot air. Had to have the engineer in multiple times.
Also the "fridge" in the room isn't really a fridge and the small bottle of milk went off. Not helped by the AC pumping out boilong hot air.
Some staff were a little perfunctory and the person checking us out didn't bother to say how much it was and had to be asked for the total and to provide the bill.
Given how much this cost per night, the level of service was disappointing.

Pros:

Nice hotel with all the facilities needed for our course, food was very good and plentiful. Staff were also very friendly

Cons:

The bar could have been better stocked. They didn't know what a "tomatoe juice with all the trimmings was" For a 4 star hotel they should definitely know this. I ate in the restaurant on 2 nights of my stay. Both nights I sat at the back of the restaurant and was not seen by the Waiting staff so had to let them know when I was ready to order.

General it was okay
Pros:

The location, restaurant and breakfast was nice

Cons:

In the first day we had a problem about payment because of bank. But the staff did not understand and help us to solve the issue.

Lifts were very old, and only one was working. The second one was out of service
