The friendliest staff ever and perfect hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a nice location. Quiet but 2 mins walk from everything. Rooms were very clean and hotel was lovely. Stayed in a top floor room for 2 people. Bed was 180cm wide. Breakfast was perfect and a la carte. Staff was amazing acommodating our every need with a smile. Would recommend this hotel for anybody wishing a stay in the centre of London with easy access to subway and great walks.

La habitación era cómoda y estaba muy limpia. Tanto la cama como el baño perfecto, con un tamaño decente. Recomendable.

Good and Central location yet quiet.
Pros:

we chose the queen size room and it was very spacious where we both had space from bed to wall, and a nice round table to sit next to. shower spacious. Good cafe's (not chains) in a short walking distance.

Cons:

water in shower can provide hotter temperature for those of us who need steaming one... .
