Pros:

Good selection at breakfast. Friendly staff at breakfast, especially Presley. Good location close to Oxford street and Bond Street station.

Cons:

Bathrooms were small. Shower pressure very low and shower glass was insufficient in preventing water splashing out.

It is at a great location, quiet area, staff are very friendly.
Its my second time I have stayed at this hotel. We will come again for sure.

Cons:

The room was a bit small this time, not sure if last time was the same, but not to bothered as we just use the room at night , take a shower and bed.

Muy buena experiencia en Londres, para recomendar, con pequeños aspectos a mejorar
Pros:

La ubicacion del hotel es excelente. Cerca de todos lados, pero en una calle tranquila, silenciosa. La atención del personal, también ha sido destacada, ya que, en todo momento y con la las dificultades de no hablar el idioma claramente, se esforzaron por ayudar. Destaco especialmente la atención de Cinthya (espero no equivocar su nombre) dado que realmente ha sido de gran ayuda y siempre con disposición.
Además, quiero destacar el valor agregado de reponer los snacks como el agua diariamente, sin costo adicional.

Cons:

La cama era un tanto chica y un lado pegado a la pared, lo cual, realmente, resultó bastante incómodo.
Además, le falta espacio de placard para una estadía, como en nuestro caso, de 5 días, ya que prácticamente no hay estantes disponibles, ni cajones.

The entire experience was perfect! Staff are helpful and accommodating, the facilities are unexpectedly good, the room was clean and comfortable with modern conveniences. The location is perfectly positioned between bustling Oxford Street, and quiet Marylebone.
