The staff is incredible. Breakfast is delicious and so convenient. Linens are nice. Nespresso or Illy coffee and refrigerators with water in rooms. Great location
Needs more noise insulation. You can hear trolleys all hours of the night and day.

Stylish clean property in a great location.
We stayed on the 1st floor and could hear the noise from bins being emptied below our window. The pillows were quite hard.
Breakfast had good choices. Location was perfect for Oxford Street. Room was fine and clean. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Nothing was a bother to them.
Only downside was our room had connecting doors to another room. There were different people staying each night. It was disappointing that we could hear their phone conversations. One man woke us up at 11.30pm he was so loud, after 40 minutes we had to phone reception to ask if he wouldn’t mind lowering his voice and take his conversation off loud speaker. Reception phoned him straight away - sorted!
One morning we were woken at 6.30am by a strange noise, which didn’t turn out to be a bear growling but a man retching rather loudly. This went on for at least half an hour, we had to wear earplugs. If we stay here again I would request no adjoining rooms.

Gorgeous property and perfectly located - walking distance from Bond Street station. Beautiful decor, comfortable, modern rooms with lovely amenities. Had an amazing stay. Glad that I could leave my heavy bag in the hotel after check out (free of charge) so I could explore London with a friend.
They stock the fridge and give some great snacks all for free which was a lovely surprise. One of the receptionist tells you it’s complimentary- the other did not say anything on check in.
I love that they placed some books from Daunt Books - a local independent book store - in the rooms to read during your stay which you can purchase locally if you wish.
Only reason I don’t give it a 10 is due to loud noise that woke me up around 9am. I couldn’t see any building work going around near the hotel so I’m not sure what it was. It didn’t last too long but was pretty disruptive.
