الفندق نظيف وجميل جدا وما ندمت ابداً على اختيار الفندق الغرف حجمها مناسبه ونظيفه والميني بار كان مجاني والموظفين في الفندق محترمين ومتعاونين جدا واخص بالشكر موظف الاستقبال Ash ساعدني جداً وكان جداً متعاون وكريم معي انصحكم بالسكن في الفندق واتمنى اسكن في الفندق ثاني

Lovely hotel: will return.
Pros:

Location is perfect. Close to public transport links but in the quieter area of Marylebone. Staff are friendly and efficient and room was perfect for a solo traveller. Lovely selection of complementary items. Breakfast was great and offered a good selection of hot and cold food. Excellent value for money.

Cons:

Small quibble: fridge in room was working but nothing appeared to be chilled.

Very comfortable, some areas need big improvements.

Cons:

Check out took too long. Reception staff didn't know what they were doing. Tried to charge me twice. waited far to long for everything at breakfast.

Bon hôtel, très bien situé
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé au coeur du quartier chic de Marylebone, et à 10 minutes à pieds d'Oxford Street, l'artère commerçante de l'hypercentre londonien. Chambre spacieuse et propre (n°577), boissons et snacks offerts, clim appréciable en pleine vague de chaleur. Super hôtel !

Cons:

Les murs entre les chambres sont mal isolés. On entend distinctement les discussions des voisins.

Un excellent séjour dans un hôtel idéalement situé avec un personnel attentionné.
Pros:

La proximité de l’hôtel avec les différents moyens de transport, notamment l’Underground, ce qui rend les déplacements très simples dans Londres. Le quartier est agréable et bien situé. Le personnel a également été très sympathique, accueillant et disponible tout au long du séjour. La chambre était confortable et l’expérience globale très satisfaisante.

Cons:

Quelques légers nuisances sonores par moments, mais rien de vraiment dérangeant. Globalement, le séjour s’est très bien passé.

Smagfuldt og eksklusivt indrettet værelse, fra tapeter og tæpper til gardiner og seng. Så smukt og indbydende. Bestil morgenmad med, det er både buffet og bestillinger fra menukort som er inkluderet. Personalet ydede høj service. En virkelig fornøjelse.

A welcoming and relaxing stay, we all could have stayed for much longer as it felt like a home away from home.
Pros:

We were greeted by the host and instantly felt welcome. The property felt really homely and inviting with the beautiful garden and lovely furnishings. I have personally never stayed in a property cleaned to such a high standard. We are a bilingual family and I made the booking in English, my partner spoke to the host in Italian and they told him they had practiced English phrases for our arrival, an extremely thoughtful touch. Both hosts came out to say goodbye before we left, we will definitely be booking this property again in the future and look forward to returning.

Location, wonderful staff, complimentary non alcoholic mini bar + snacks.
Pros:

The location so close to Elizabeth Line/ Bond street Station. I like that the Hotel has some personality, plenty of attention to details in the room decor. Love the complimentary " mini bar" and snacks. We didn't have any of tea/coffee, but enjoyed the other treats, the water sodas and savory snacks are such a nice appointment. The closets are really spacious, and you have robes and sleepers available. Highly recommend getting the breakfast. Not a huge spread, but what was available was more then enough and good quality. Did I mention homemade chia pudding? You get one hot item form the à la carte plus the buffet and one speciality drinks ( cappuccino, etc.), good value for London. The staff was wonderful, we loved getting back at the end of the day and having a refreshment at the bar, the staff was so welcoming all over the property.
