Super helpful staff, easy to get to the airport, lovely pool area.

It was a perfect last night after a long trip and before a long flight home. The pool area was wonderful to hang out in. Food good.

Pros:

The hotel was close to the airport it had a free shuttle

Cons:

Our room was for 2 adults and we were only offered 1 small bottle of water complimentary and charged for the rest. Only one sachet of coffee. Our meal in the restaurant mostly ok.
However I had slow cooked chicken which was dry and inedible for my palate. I didnt eat it, I did let staff know. No response. Charged for a meal I didnt eat, and not offered anything to compensate. This was a so-called luxury hotel. Training needed.
However the soccer team staying were treated like royalty.
Shame on Alameda Airport hotel Melia.

Perfecto para viajar desde aeropuerto.
Pros:

El restaurante.
Comida sabrosa y bien cocinada.
Servicio desplazamiento al aeropuerto.

Cons:

A pesar del calor, estábamos a 35⁰C el agua de la piscina estaba helada.
Es sólo un comentario, uno no va a este hotel por la piscina, pero se agradece este servicio.
