Great hotel close to airport to get some great rest before our second leg of a long flight journey
Pros:

Perfect location close to the airport. Easy shuttle service to and from the airport, great breakfast and very quiet rooms

Muy buena alternativa para viajeros en tránsito
Pros:

Excelente ubicación para pasajeros tránsito, personal muy amable , shuttle desde y hacia el aeropuerto funciona impecable, habitaciones y baños amplios.

Cons:

El AC de la pieza funcionaba más o menos, parecía equipo antiguo ,pasamos calor y frío alternadamente.Si bien la habitación tenía hervidor eléctrico sólo había 1 sobre de cafe instantáneo y varios sachet de té, además en vez de tazas habían en la bandeja los mismos vasos de vidrios que en el baño con el consiguiente riesgo al usarlos con agua hirviendo, daba la impresión de q la habitación no fue bien preparada entre huéspedes. La comida del restaurante excelente.

Great stay close to the airport.
Pros:

Comfortable hotel close to the airport with free shuttle. Quiet given proximity to airport. Good restaurants and supermarket within easy walking . Very helpful staff

Cons:

Ask for a room away from the main entrance as smokers gather there and can be noisy .

Freundliches Personal. Super Lage zum Flughafen. Kostenloser Airport Shuttle bereits ab 4.30 Uhr! Großzügige Räume mit großem Badezimmer. Klare Empfehlung!

Cons:

Eigentlich gibt es keine Beanstandungen.
Naja, vielleicht die Größe des Swimmingpools :)!

Overall very poor customer service for the price paid.
Pros:

The bed was really comfortable

Cons:

The customer service was poor.
The swimming pool opens very late so for those who check in late and leave the next day is not possible to make use of the facilities.
Under the bed it was full of dust not cleaned property.
Not basic toiletries provided for such a renamed hotel no cream, no toothpaste, only soap and shampoo.
We have to pay extra for keeping luggage after the check out.
My bus to the airport left for 30 seconds me even tho I was around and the staff knew I was waiting for the bus. Overall very poor customer service for the price paid.
