Cons:

Klimaanlage wäre bei der sommerlichen Hitze nötig fürs Wohlbefinden- bei geöffnetem Fenster war es nachts recht laut

Alti e bassi.
Pros:

Ero con un gruppo di amici, 6 camere doppie. Io avevo la 306 ottima camera ma senza condizionatore con un salotto immenso, un grande bagno e pure la cabina armadio ed un bel panorama, visto le tante finestre in quella camera non serve il condizionatore. Colazione ottima sia nel salato che nel dolce. Parcheggio delle moto in strada ottimo e vicino cmq c'è anche garage sotterraneo.

Cons:

Di negativo che purtroppo gli altri amici gli sono capitate camere molto più piccole e senza aria condizionata, (14/08 obbligatoria) ed i vetri aperti non risolvevano problema del caldo, perciò camere negative.

It was ok, good central location but rooms could do with some updating
Pros:

Entrance area was very nice and the fact that the room had air con was a big bonus. It was also nice to have a split level family room, we appreciated the extra toilet and space.

Cons:

The room was quite tired looking and a bit grubby, and didn’t fit with the appearance of the entrance area.

Hotel très bien situé avec un très bon service
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait. L’accueil avec un grand Merci a Darius qui pendant tout notre séjour a été très gentil, à l’écoute, et nous a beaucoup aidé et parle très bien français.
Location de vélo électrique gratuit a l’accueil et grâce a la Welcome Card offerte pas l’hôtel. Beaucoup d’avantages (transports gratuit, accès à des loisirs à 50%..(piscine, lacs). Très bon petit déjeuner notamment dans le jardin.

Cons:

Le manque de climatisation

Zentrale Lage. Nette Rezeption.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 3 Personen gebucht, und das 3. Bett war nicht bezogen. Zimmer ist schon in die Jahre gekommen.
Frühstück war nicht so gut.

Goed hotel, ruime en schone kamers, goede locatie en een heerlijk ontbijt.
Pros:

De locatie van het hotel is midden in het centrum en op loop afstand van de oude stad. Het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid en goed van kwaliteit. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en hielp erg mee. De gratis huurfietsen waren een mooie bonus om de omgeving van Innsbruck te verkennen.

Cons:

De douche was misschien iets wat krap voor als je wat langer dan gemiddeld bent.

Very memorable stay in an excellent hotel
Pros:

Everything was perfect - location, room and breakfast! But what really made it for us was Antonio at the reception who went out of his way to inform us of all the best places of interest to see in Innsbruck. He was so helpful and friendly. You rock Antonio!
We would choose this hotel again without a doubt.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like. Yes it was hot but so was every other hotel we stayed at in Europe in the 3 weeks we were there. The outside temperatures were fierce and European hotels are not geared for this kind of heat.

wonderful location, nice to have infrared sauna
Pros:

location was perfect and hotel has old school feel about it, in a good way...and i was super happy they had an infrared sauna..

Cons:

my room was HOT and the fan i found in the closet was not of much help..but when i opened windows it was noisy...this in part because i was on the first floor...so i recommend asking for a higher floor....(also maybe there would thus be nice views...)
