Overall real nice stay in a great location with a super helpful front desk.
Pros:

Very central location. Easy to navigate city from here. The young man who helped check us in and store our luggage was excellent— very helpful and informative, super cool. The room was nice and big, kept clean. We only stayed one night so didn’t try the sauna or restaurant attached. Overall, pretty good place with a couple miscues to address.

Cons:

Strangely, cleaning staff walked into our room while we were getting ready to leave, before checkout time, two different times!!! Quick knock while simultaneously opening the door and walking in to ask if we were leaving- “yes” “ but it’s not time yet” One time we were using the restroom with open door but luckily were not in the line of sight. Still felt an invasion of privacy. Mentioned to front desk who apologized and tried to make it right. Definitely need better communication and coordination between them to know which rooms to clean and when. Usually it’s a knock, a verbal identification as housekeeping, and a pause to allow the door to be opened etc by guests in due time and when appropriate.

Pros:

Lovely hotel, great location. Short walk from train station and walkable to other places of interest. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Very enjoyable breakfast and cafe was a nice setting for a drink and strudel. Could not fault v it except for the room temperature.

Cons:

Very very hot room. We stayed 3 nights and it was a constant 32 degrees in our room for our entire stage - trying to sleep was unbearable. Unable to change rooms but given 2 fans instead. Fridge didn't work and was over heating, reception said to unplug it.

Perfekt läge!
Pros:

Läget. Personalen ordnade så vi kunde äta frukost tillsammans utan att behöva lämna hunden på rummet.

Cons:

Vi bodde på 4e våningen och det blev väldigt varmt trots en fläkt. Inte hotellets fel förstås.

Overpriced given all deficiencies: no air conditioning, wifi is barely working, furniture is poorly designed with sharp
