Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt , sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr gute, zentrale Lage

Das Bett/die Matratze war schon sehr beansprucht und durchgelegen, der Schlüssel wäre besser als Karte

Pros:

Location is excellent near alstadt & convince to go to bus & train stations. Had hotel dining excellent well spread breakfast spread

Cons:

We had room with a balcony but couldn't open it as all the fumes & odour from kitchen under it, came up inspite of the exhaust.
There was no pleasent view.

Personal de recepción no muy amigable
Pros:

La ubicación era perfecta, muy cerca de la calle principal, se ven las montañas y el desayuno estaba muy bien

Cons:

El recepcionista fue poco servicial, dio las llaves y no indicó nada acerca del desayuno, ni de la sauna, ni de que correspondía una Welcome Card, lo cual
hizo que hubiese que pagar transporte y perder descuentos hasta que supe de su existencia. Además faltaban fundas en las almohadas el primer día.

Decent location but strange facilities

Cons:

We stayed twice in two weeks. The first time the window only opened part way and it was very hot. The second time the windows were great but the shower and toilet were separate and the shower was open to the room. It was quite uncomfortable for myself and my son to take a shower as there was no privacy. We only stayed one night in that room otherwise we would have asked to change rooms.

Fijn hotel, centraal gelegen met vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Mooi centraal gelegen hotel met uitstekend ontbijt. Optie was in de binnentuin te ontbijten. Het hotel heeft fietsen te leen, ook een waterkoker werd ter beschikking gesteld
