Pros:

Its in a good location, close walk to innsbruck hbf, staff were great and helpful, breakfast is really good and I loved that the hotel had free ebikes. Really good quality ones also

Cons:

Our room didnt have air-conditioning. We were on level 3, i think the level 4 rooms had air-conditioning.

Hotel ist gut gelegen, alles Zentrum leicht zu Fuss zu erreichen.
Öffentliches Parking bzw. Parkplätze in der Nähe.
Freundliches Personal.
Grösse des Schlafzimmers ok.

Pros:

Good location in the center of the city, yet quiet because in pedestrian zone. Very nice breakfast in a 19th century cafe.

Cons:

Rooms, although clean, date back at least 40 years. An update would be in order, especially for the prices charged.

This was an overnight stay prior to leaving Innsbruck the following day, and the stay was ideal
Pros:

Great central location, near to train station and close to all restaurants
Great spa facilities
Quiet, no traffic noise

Cons:

The fan dial in the room did not appear to change the fan speed, which would have been unhelpful if the weather had been hotter. Even then, we needed to leave the window open overnight to keep the temperature in the room down.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Bel établissement ancien avec un café typique . Plein centre ville donc tout à pied. Très bon petit déjeuner.
