Great location to explore the city and for metro and train access.. Staff friendly and hotel very clean. What you expect with an intercontinental. Lovely bar area. Very modern.

We had a perfect one night stay at this hotel. The service we received was very special. All staff that we encountered were friendly and very helpful. Our room (one bedroom suite) was clean and luxurious with the most amazing views of Lisbon. During our stay we utilised the Club Lounge which I would highly recommend. Talk about being spoiled !
Excellent hospitality felt like home and extraordinary experience with Abid, Sofia, Carolina and Lara took extra miles to make my stay unforgettable.
The hotel was great however a little far out from Town Centre if you wanted to walk to everywhere

The breakfast was amazing. My omelette was excellent. The wait staff was very accomodating.
A faucet in the bathroom leaked at the base when it was turned on but it was a very minor inconvenience. I reported it when I checked out.
Overall, this is a great hotel. Staff is super friendly. The lounge/bar is a pretty cool place to hang out. Catch a World Cup soccer game. Rooms are really nice. I really don’t have anything to complain about. The only reason I give a four star not a five star is because it’s an IHG and just like Marriott, you’re always denied upgrades and other things promise for the highest teir members. 😂🤷♂️. Overall this is a great hotel though I would definitely recommend it.
Śniadanie przepyszne, szeroki wybór produktów, bez glutenu, bez laktozy, na słono i słodko, można zamówić omlet, jajecznice. Bufet był bardzo bogaty, obsługa miła i natychmiastowa.
Otrzymałam do śniadania sok z pomarańczy który był lekko zgazowany, miałam obawy czy był świeży.
I was honestly super impressed with every team member I've interacted with during my hotel stay. Thank you for making my family and my stay super memorable, the professionalism at this hotel is worth calling out! They were also super nice to upgrade us when I told them it was my Grandmothers first time visiting Lisbon from Hong Kong. Safe to say we will be choosing this hotel again when we come back!

Me robaron 10 euros de mi habitación en monedas !! El aire acondicionado muy ruidoso, lo reporte y no cambio mucho .. no entiendo como le dan a estos hoteles , estrellas si ya son viejos y no invierten.. en fin qué lástima
Super impressive. From the start the lobby was spotless and nicely decorated with fresh flowers. Staff were genuinely friendly throughout - both at reception and at the bar, and the room was spotless. The air conditioning worked perfectly. I was upgraded to a river view room, which was a nice bonus.
The location sits on Avenida da Liberdade and apparently Cristiano Ronaldo's penthouse is a couple of doors down, according to my Uber driver, which seems about right for the area (i.e. it's very upscale).
The nearest metro (Marquês de Pombal) is around a ten minute walk and puts you on a direct line into the old town and Bairro Alto. The Estufa Fria botanical garden is right across the road and well worth an hour of your time!
The one caveat: the WiFi was unreliable and streaming to the in-room TV didn't work. Staff mentioned that new TVs had just been installed and there were teething issues. 5G on my phone worked though, and everything else was so good that it didn't feel fair to knock a star off for what is a temporary and easily fixable problem.
