Location
Almost 300 USD per night. Wifi was paid , parking more expensive than down town San Diego. Gym noise transfer to the room. Cleaning lady banging on the door at 08:00 to ask me when will check out ?!?
Left my room early AM and came back 8 hrs later at 5pm. No one had cleaned the room. Front desk said they would send someone right away so I left again for 30 mins and they STILL hadn’t come to start cleaning yet. Rooms are spacious but service here blows! Also hallways are very loud
Good location
It had a bit of smell though out the hallways
Very nice hotel for reasonable price
The cleanliness, the pool and amenities
Building and room was very nice, morden with a lot of things to do and get. Room was spacious for me and my partner, shower and restroom was well kept.
Personal preference...restaurant/bar downstairs needs more fruity cocktail options other than that its a very nice place to eat and drink
We recently stayed in Newport for my brother’s Celebration of Life, held nearby. My husband and I, along with our four adult children, had four rooms at the hotel, and our experience could not have been better.
Alfred, the afternoon/evening manager, was especially kind and helpful. With so many details to prepare for the service—including flowers and other last-minute arrangements—he went out of his way to help make things easier during a very emotional time for our family.
The entire staff was warm, thoughtful, and accommodating. They even had an upgraded room available for my husband and me the night before the service, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture.
It’s a beautiful hotel with truly wonderful customer service. A special thank you to Alfred for his kindness, patience, and exceptional care. He helped make a difficult weekend a little easier for our entire family, and we are very grateful.
Good architecture
Parking
This property was beautiful! Valet and the bell service were so accommodating and some of the nicest people. Literally you felt like royalty. Such a great experience and everyone seemed to really love their job. I’d definitely stay here again.
Honestly nothing. It was great
Casi todo menos el personal
No devolvieron el depósito, luego me quisieron cobrar de más etc
Very nice and clean.
location and clean
have to pay for premium wifi which by the way is regular wifi. They offer a free wifi that is terrible!!!
Total money grab. Everything costs money. $7 coffees. Late checkout, internet access.
Disgusting and dirty. Hasn’t been renovated ever. Broken toilets. Dirty showers. Broken and chipped bathroom doors.
Breakfast
Parking
Not awful, but nothing special for the price. Better choices in the area. Bathroom flooring was buckled, shower head was old and grimy, tub faucet was loose.
Parking was good but very pricey.
Facility was tired out. Peeling paint and water damaged door in bathroom. Water pressure issues in shower.
