Frontdesk personnel are terrible. Witnessed an argument with customer which was really bad handled by the hotel. I was at the lobby to have my room changed, because it was not as promised, no park view and the windows where so dirty you couldn't see through them. We got a better room on higher floor with slightly cleaner windows.

L’accueille le service et les équipements dit. Les équipements une Clim avec un bruit de tracteur d’avion c’est pas possible pour ce type d’hôtel

Pros:

The best views in NY at a price point significantly lower than competitors. Rooms are generously sized for NY. Staff can be helpful at times.

Cons:

Overall the hotel is tired and in need of a complete refurbishment. While some staff are good (doormen, front desk), the concierge services are terrible and others are hit and miss. At peak times you can wait forever for an elevator.
