Vi klagade på att vi inte hade någon uppkoppling till wifi på rummet vid sex-sju tillfällen utan att något hände. Så ingen uppkoppling under hela besöket. Tråkigt.

Génial, même si quelques axes d’amélioration possible
Pros:

- la chambre avec vue sur central parc c’est vraiment magique.
- emplacement parfait
- le petit déjeuner au top ( meme pour des personnes ne mangeant pas de viande )
- le personnel du petit déjeuner au top
- la vue depuis le rooftop est incroyable !!!

Cons:

- wi fi vraiment pas top
- tv qui n’a pas fonctionné une grande partie de la semaine
- caution de précaution plus importante que celle indiquer sur booking lors de la réservation ( il faudrait mettre à jour ce point )

La ubicacion es muy buena, tienes todo cerca, estacion de metro a solo pasos.

Cons:

Los dias que estuve hacian 36°C en NY y los aires acondicionados de las habitaciones practicamente no funcionaban, la limpieza de las habitacion es peor que basica, solo hacian las camas pero no habia una limpieza y en los baños no pusieron ningun tipo de amenities. El personal no fue grato precisamente ya que nunca ayudaron a solucionar algun tipo de problema.

Obiekt nie spełnił naszych oczekiwań jak za tą cenę.
Pros:

Bardzo wygodne łóżka i przestronny pokój. Pomocna obsługa przed hotelem przy zamawianiu taksówki.

Cons:

Wykupiliśmy pokój z panoramicznym widokiem na Central Park. Niestety mogliśmy "podziwiać" jedynie zaparowane okno.
Pomimo że wnętrze hotelu jest po remoncie, nie wymieniono okien które są stare i nieszczelne. Pomiędzy szybami kondensuje się para wodna. Pani z obsługi tłumaczyła się, że to normalne podczas deszczu. Pan z obsługi próbował coś zaradzić jednak nie przyniosło efektu ani włączanie klimatyzacji ani otwarcie okien. Przez cały pobyt przez okna nic nie było widać. Następnego dnia był słoneczny dzień a okna dalej były zaparowane. Nieprzyjemnym doświadczeniem była również karta powitalna, przygotowana pod butelką wina, na nazwisko gościa sprzed dwóch dni.
