Great central spot - plenty nearby.
Pros:

Great location, close to transport and main commercial area. Plenty of things to do around the property.

Cons:

Destination fees. The property charges $30 a day on top of the advertised price for things like gym and wifi use. Feel these things should be part of the advertised room price. I cancelled a booking elsewhere thinking the Hyatt was better value, and hadn’t seen the additional fees.

For the first night, I was in a room on the 6th floor which was quite noisy from street/traffic noise. Thankfully the staff allowed me to move to the 20th floor for the rest of the stay which was greatly appreciated.

Cons:

Staff just came in for cleaning by seeing the door lil open that too without asking and room size was so small and no lighting at all and room view you can’t imagine, worst worst and just worst

Great time here!
Pros:

Very nice property and thoughtful staff. Comfortable, clean, and quiet room. Short walk to Oracle Park, and a number of restaurants and stores. Breakfast buffet here is outstanding, and we really enjoyed it both days. Regency Club is open all the time, and has a decent evening offering, and multiple snacks. Would definitely stay here next time we're in San Francisco.
