Amazing staff! Carlos and Claudia in the restaurant provided a wonderful breakfast.. we have stayed there before they remember us and treated us like old friends. Their warmth and genuine caring is deeply heartfelt the food delicious with helpful options. Claudia the front desk manager is the ultimate professional! Always remembering us. This is truly our home away from home!

This hotel provides a free breakfast each day, and I want to especially thank the dining staff for their thoughtfulness. They remembered me from ten months ago! They are watchful and thorough in their work.

We enjoyed an extended stay at Residence Inn and found the experience to be very comfortable. The front desk staff were always friendly, patient, and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed with good lighting and responsive climate controls. The breakfasts were quite tasty with fresh choices and good coffee! The breakfast staff was cheerful, attentive, and accommodating. We love Claudia and Carlos. They are endearing and genuine-welcoming us every morning to breakfast. It was a great stay. We will definitely return and recommend this Residence Inn. A more secure WiFi connection would be most helpful. Thank you Residence Inn!

Our stay at this hotel in New York was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is excellent, perfectly situated with easy access to different parts of the city, making it convenient to explore everything NYC has to offer.

What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Claudia and Carlos in the breakfast area, who made every morning feel welcoming and pleasant. A special thank you as well to Xelina Frazier, the Assistant General Manager, who went above and beyond to help us secure a room that met our space needs, her support made a big difference in our stay.

The overall experience was great, with a delicious breakfast with offering a wide variety of options to start the day right. There are also many excellent restaurants nearby, adding even more convenience and enjoyment to the stay.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a prime location in New York City.

This is our go to place to stay in Manhattan. It is a great location, clean rooms, and the service is always great from the front desk, bellman, and breakfast dining personnel. We have stayed here several times over the past four years. A special recognition to Angel (bellman) and Carlos (breakfast dining room manager). Both are amazing ambassadors for this location. Every time we stay it is like seeing family in another town. They were especially helpful in 2025 when I had a heart attack in NYC. They bent over backwards to moving bags to new rooms for my family for an unexpected week "vacation" in NYC.

We spent a couple of nights at the residence inn midtown east. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. The hotel was pretty quiet and we were well rested for our long days of walking around the city site seeing. The staff overall were very pleasant and helpful. When we needed a couple of extra blankets, they brought them up to us within 10 minutes.

It was our first time taking our twin daughters to NYC. They loved staying at this hotel. They especially liked the breakfast and said it was “one of the best breakfasts ever”. Carlos and Claudia were especially great and made sure we had everything we needed every morning.

We’d highly recommend this hotel.
