Great location and staff
Pros:

Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I checked in. Tammy the bartender was wonderful! She was knowledgeable about the area and enjoyable to talk to. Everything is close by and quiet at night when your are ready to go to sleep.

Exceptional Staff!
Pros:

Hands down the exceptional staff such as Tamika P. (Security) and Danielle M. (Executive Lounge) at the JW Marriot in New Orleans made my stay exceptional...As a matter of fact, all of the staff were absolutely fantastic!...I hope management realizes how fortunate they are and appreciate the excellent staff employed there...I would absolutely stay there again based off my exceptional interactions with the staff.

Made me feel like Bruce Wayne
Pros:

Alfred literally made our stay. My partner pointed out I kept referring to our hotel room as “home” when we were out. That’s all because of this gentleman and the wonderful stay we her. 10/10-5 stars *would stay again*

Awesome experience at the JW for Essence weekend.
Pros:

Markel our valet/concierge was awesome! Very attentive and supportive. He assisted us with the room change and assisting with switching rooms. He even retrieved items that I had left in the first room.

Pros:

This will definitely be my go-to stay going forward. The staff were extremely friendly, valet was prompt, the room/facilities were clean, and service was impeccable! The room was spacious and, though this is an odd observation, the elevators were even quick. I felt safe as well. I THOROUGHLY enjoyed my stay!

Pros:

Wonderful help from Bellman Das. He was very considerate, gave us a thorough overview of the property and answered all our questions. When he saw us in the lobby later, he I asked if our rooms were okay. He wa very welcoming.
