For the price of the night in Paris in this kind of property you would expect better service
Pros:

The location
The renovated rooms

Cons:

The first room they gave us was old smelled weird and on top of that technical issue no electricity we couldnt charge ours phones, they were very busy no help on the phone and a big queue of people complaining at the reception.
After a long day one the road that’s the last thing you need,also we had a baby with us and it was very complicated to pack everything again and change room.
After long discussion with the manager he gave us a better room and they apologised for the inconvenience.
For the parking make sure to book in advance to get a better price or else you will just pay the full price and the hotel won’t be able to do anything about it.

The place has terrible cafe’s next to it. Sleazy crowd. Overcrowding. Difficult for taxis to get to. NO CUSTOMER CARE AT ALL. terrible reception

Très bon emplacement et très bonne superficie de la réception. J’aime quand c’est dégagé et pas étroit.

Cons:

Beaucoup de lenteurs à l’arrivée. Le check in était censé être à 16h (déjà trop tardif et indigne d’un hôtel de ce standing), nous avons été recalés une première fois vers 15h15, mentionnant que les chambres n’étaient pas prêtes. Nous sommes revenus une heure plus tard et la même réponse nous a été apportée. Il a fallu que nous manifestions notre mécontentement avant d’enfin obtenir nos chambres.

Our stay was quiet and comfortable, and the hotel’s central location made it convenient.

Our room was very quiet, being positioned away from any outside noise.

Cons:

Breakfasts were extremely busy, and one morning water came through the ceiling tiles, requiring the hotel to move breakfast service to another area the following day. Hot food was not available until 7 am which most people traveling had to be on buses by this time. On other days the crepes and porridge were cold.
