La chambre était très stylée et correspondait à nos attentes. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement, face au Palais des Congrès, qui était très pratique pour nous. Le personnel était très poli.
La chambre était réservée pour 2 personnes mais il n'y avait qu'un peignoir et une paire de chaussons...
la qualité de la literie
Le Jazz Club etoile est definitivement fermé. c'etait vraiment le but de notre visite.
Absence de peignoire dans les chambres ... tres genant pour un tel etablissement

Staff were brilliant. Room was clean and the location is fantastic.
Room was boiling hot. Have a young baby who struggled to sleep as the room was so hot. Informed the front desk who sent an engineer, but there was nothing they could do as the ac was working in line with the rest of the hotel. A little unacceptable though and mad I couldn't control the ac to my needs. Had to sleep with the window open, but was very noisy outside.

The location is perfect. The room is a good size. The bath and shower pressure are wonderful 😊
Marriott Bonvoy members save yourself and book with another brand. When we checked in even though we provided the Bonvoy number they said it wasn’t valid. Only when we logged into the account and showed them our number was it accepted. My husband is lifetime Platinum Elite and getting towels and a blow dryer….forget about a cleaning service has been impossible. Our room was missing a blow dryer…..took an hour and a half to get one. My hair was already dry. Went out from 9 am until 4 pm. Room not cleaned. Called down and asked for towels since mine were on the floor all day. I was told they were extremely busy and it would take awhile. An hour and thirty minutes later still no towels. Their lounge is “ closed” because it’s being renovated according to the front desk. Marriott should be ashamed of the service here. Worst I have ever experienced.
